The mattress was delivered boxed which is great. Very easy to take out of the wrapping and let it do its thing. I had the windows wide open for a few hours as it smelt of chemicals. It’s not a deep mattress unlike my last one. I actually stayed in bed all night. I’m a night owl always up and down. I was pleasantly surprised how comfortable it was. My husband is very pleased as he has difficulty in sleeping due to a bad hip and back. It’s light weight so I’m able to lift it easily. I get extremely hot at night (age thing!) and usually end up on top of the bed. I’ve not done that since we have had this mattress. May be a bit on the expensive side as it’s not like your standard mattress. The size is true to the description and standard size base sheet fit perfectly. Seems to be good quality time will tell.

Have owned this mattress for around 17 months now. I've spent 9 months of that not sleeping on the mattress on and off in around 4 and a half month stints The mattress now dips quite a bit and has caused my quite serious sciatica issues and other back problems. As I have had the life time check up included with this. I got them to come out and have a look, apparently it is acceptable for the mattress to dip so much after the allotted time, I don't really see this as acceptable as it's caused grate pain and issues to my body. I really don't recommend this mattress at all. First year it was okay but has drastically declined in support this has not at all been a good value for money and has caused me more issues than it's been worth

In July I had a hip replacement and slept on an old spring mattress and had problems in the morning standing and walking with backache. Not anymore after this purchase I have a good night's sleep and it's easier getting up in the morning. I advised advised to buy son to buy one, he also needs a new mattress. It was delivered with the old mattress removed and recycled.

The mattress is very good. These type of compressed mattresses are the best in my opinion for 2 reasons. They're the easiest to transport in the supply and delivery chain and they're also the most comfortable mattress brand and type I have come across.

I've had this mattress for around 7 months now. It's still really firm and really comfortable, I'm very happy with the mattress itself. If you like a firm mattress then this is perfect for you. Update: I've had this mattress about a year and it's still just as the day I bought it. I rotate the mattress... Maybe one a month and as I said it's still like the day I bought it.

I bought the mattress in 2021 Dec.. initially loved it. 3 years later the foam has sunk causing back issues. Post regular rotation So I reached out to nectar company customer care, ther inspected and came back as this is regular and expected wear and tear and not a manufacturing damage nothing can be done. Now I m looking for new mattress.
