Buy this knife!
This is a great knife. Blade is thick and heavy, all one piece from the tip to the pummel. And totally sharp as... The finger hole and the addition of the finger notch in the heel of the blade gives you a level of comfort and control that a knife with just a handle cannot compare to. This was a gift and I love it. Shipping was quick. It came with a leather sheath that is nice and substantial, but the knife is so sharp that I have notified the knife cutting through the leather. I foresee many years of using it. Great product.

Its sharp, the sheath is nothing but vinyl, and the black on the blade is painted on. It cuts well though.
