This microSD card is an absolute game changer for my Nintendo Switch and smartphone. The one terabyte capacity is incredible because it allows me to store dozens of large games and thousands of high resolution photos without ever worrying about running out of space. The transfer speeds are consistently fast and meet the advertised performance which makes loading screens much shorter and video recording totally seamless. I have used it for 4K video capture and the card handles the high data rate perfectly with no stuttering or corrupted files. It feels very well built and the included adapter is a nice touch for transferring files to my laptop quickly. Samsung has always been reliable for storage and this EVO Select model is no exception as it provides premium performance at a very fair price point. If you need a ton of reliable storage for a mobile device or gaming console this is definitely the best option on the market. I am extremely satisfied with how it performs and would recommend it to anyone who needs professional grade storage in a tiny format.

With such a massive capacity, it's ideal for users who need to store large amounts of high-resolution video, music, games, or photos. I’ve used this card across multiple devices — including a Samsung phone, a GoPro, a Nintendo Switch, and even a tablet — and it hasn’t let me down once. Read speeds are excellent. Files load quickly, games launch without noticeable lag, and videos — even in 4K UHD — play smoothly and record without buffering. It’s really convenient for expanding storage on portable gaming devices or action cameras, and it handled everything I threw at it, including hours of 4K footage and hundreds of large media files. The included SD adapter works great with my laptop, making file transfers easy and seamless. However, the write speeds don’t quite match the lightning-fast read speeds. While they’re still solid for most tasks, if you're planning to do constant 4K recording or use it for high-speed photography in a professional setting, it may lag slightly behind some higher-end cards. It's not a dealbreaker, but it's noticeable compared to more expensive pro-grade options. Durability-wise, the card feels well-built, and Samsung claims it’s water, temperature, magnet, and X-ray proof. I haven’t tested all those claims, of course, but it’s nice knowing it’s designed to survive in rough conditions. I've used this SD card in my DJI action 4, Xtra Muse, and Xtra Atto. Never had a problem recording in 4k 60fps and can handle the high speed data. Solid MicroSD card.

I put this in my 4k Wyze Pan Cam and it works flawlessly. 4k eats up a lot of memory and if you want to view videos from days past, you need more space which this highly quality micro SD card does perfectly. It's compatible with my WYZE camera, represents an excellent value, has never shown problems with heat and stores 4k data perfectly. I wrote this review July 22 2026 and 4k data is available back to 6:00 AM July 1st. That's impressive!

If you are looking to shoot 4k or 8k content, this is a must!!! HD videos fill this thing up fast so make sure you get one that fits your needs. Overall it works great with good read and write speeds. Works great in my DJI osmo.

Will purchase again but am looking to purchase a bigger micro sd card but will only purchase a Samsung microSD card!!
