Great selection and super handy to have.

I'd imagine this is going to last me for close to a lifetime. The binder is of excellent quality and having 50 of every value means that I'm not having to order parts every time I need a 603 resistor for something I'm building or repairing.

Well, it is a lifetime supply of resistors. This kit is by no means economical, you can get more resistors for less, but it is convenient. Also, resistors have 1% tolerance and they are claimed to be Yageo FR-07, which is a quality part. Beware that you should open the book as carefully as you would open a pack of loose glitter. I am guessing the packaging process involves martial artists hacking tape reels with katana swords. Some resistors come cut in half, some fall out of the tape, so there is plenty of lose resistors and their parts in the box. You'll end up vacuuming your room if you're not careful. Outside of packaging, I am satisfied with the product.

Everything you need in the way of resistance including zero ohms just in case you need a resistor and were unsure of your design. I have a Capacitor book too in 0805.
