Super B Vitamin B Complex Sustained Release for Energy, 120 Tablets

I’m currently on my second bottle of Bronson Super B Vitamin B Complex Sustained Slow Release, and that alone says a lot. After finishing my first 60-count bottle, I knew it was something I wanted to keep in my daily routine. When it’s time to refill again, I’ll probably purchase a larger bottle because it’s officially earned a permanent spot in my supplement lineup. What initially drew me to this formula is that it contains all the essential B vitamins in one tablet, including B1, B2, B3, B6, B9 (folic acid), and B12. I also specifically wanted a sustained slow-release version rather than something that delivers everything at once and fades quickly. The slow-release design really seems to make a difference. I take it every morning alongside my omega-3, D3 and K supplement, and my antidepressant. I usually take everything together with coffee and breakfast. It integrates easily into my routine and doesn’t cause any stomach discomfort when taken with food. The biggest benefit I’ve noticed is steady, balanced energy. It’s not a jittery or overstimulated feeling. It simply feels like my natural energy levels are better supported throughout the day. There’s no crash a few hours later like I’ve experienced with other formulas. I also feel like it supports mental clarity and stress resilience, especially during busier or more emotionally demanding days. B vitamins are crucial for cellular energy production, nervous system health, and neurotransmitter function. For me personally, I’ve noticed improved mood stability and stronger overall mental stamina. It feels like it complements my antidepressant and overall wellness routine rather than competing with it. One thing I want to mention because it genuinely surprised me at first is the neon yellow urine. The first time I saw it, I was honestly a little concerned. After looking it up, I learned that this is completely normal with B-complex vitamins, especially because of riboflavin (B2). It’s just your body excreting what it doesn’t need, and it’s harmless. Once I understood that, it didn’t bother me at all. I also haven’t experienced flushing or discomfort, which can sometimes happen with certain B vitamins like niacin. The sustained release formula seems gentle and balanced. If you’re considering adding a B-complex, I recommend taking it in the morning since B vitamins naturally support energy metabolism. Taking it with food helps with comfort and absorption, and staying consistent daily seems to make the biggest difference. Overall, this is a high-quality, reliable B complex that delivers steady results. Since I’m already on my second bottle and planning to size up next time, that’s probably the best endorsement I can give.

I have been using this brand for 4 years now and love it. It definitely works because I feel the burst of energy when the vitamins hit. Take with food as with all vitamins because it can cause a little stomach upset. Even my husband and father in law who are both against vitamins have started taking these and both have notified significant changes in their energy and muscle pains. Highly recommend these. As with all b vitamins it will turn your urine bright yellow and you lose some absorption there, but you do get some absorption. Good value for the money and does not have an overly vitamin like taste

I’ve been using Bronson Super B Vitamin B Complex for a few weeks now, and I’m really impressed with how it’s worked for me. I decided to try this supplement because I was looking for a reliable way to support my overall energy levels and metabolism, as I’ve been feeling more tired than usual lately. This vitamin B complex contains all the essential B vitamins, including B1, B2, B3, B6, B9 (Folic Acid), and B12, which I’ve heard are critical for supporting energy production, healthy brain function, and overall wellness. One of the things I really appreciate about this supplement is the sustained slow-release formula. It’s designed to release the vitamins over time, so I don’t get a sudden burst of energy and then crash. I’ve noticed a steady increase in my energy throughout the day, without feeling jittery or overstimulated like I’ve felt with other energy supplements in the past. The tablets are easy to swallow, which is a plus for me since I’ve had issues with larger pills before. I’ve also been paying attention to my overall well-being, and I’ve noticed my mood has improved slightly, and I feel more focused. It’s a small change, but it’s been noticeable enough that I’m continuing with the supplement. In terms of results, I feel like this B complex is really helping my body perform at its best. I’ve been sleeping better, feeling more energized in the morning, and I’ve noticed a reduction in occasional brain fog. I plan to keep taking it and will definitely repurchase once I run out. I also like that Bronson is a trusted brand, so I feel confident in the quality of the product. Overall, I highly recommend it to anyone looking to boost their energy and improve their overall health with a reliable B vitamin supplement!

I’ve been happy with this B-complex supplement so far. I like that it uses a sustained-release formula, which makes it convenient to take as part of my daily routine. The tablets are easy to take, and the 60-count bottle provides a good supply. Overall, it seems like a solid option for anyone looking to add B vitamins to their daily supplementation routine.

It's exactly as pictured, it smells strongly of vitamins. My father ordered it and had no complaints. I suppose he liked it.

I bought these because I am tired of taking multiple B-Vitamin tablets throughout the day. Even the Super B-Complex tablets were a pain- one before breakfast, one a few hours later, and another one early in the evening. With the water solubility of these vitamins, it's just not sustainable to keep dosing alllll day. I bought these because not only do they fit the bill as Super Bs, they are also enteric coated. This is their extended release mechanism- a coating on the outside that creates a slow release throughout the day. Now, enteric coated tablets typically deliver for about 8-12 hours, and from what I understand, these last about 8. But for me, that's perfect, because even my full days don't usually last longer than about 10 hours (in terms of active hours, as opposed to waking up- or later, unwinding at home), and during the hours after it wears off, I want to be winding down my day, anyway. If I think I will have a longer day or need more, I take another halfway through my day. Now, for the good part: I have ADD, and recently went a few days without my meds. I instead took two of these, spread out by 6 hours, and during that time took a battery of computerized neuropsychological tests, just to see how I did without my meds. The result was amazing! As compared to recent tests, my performance was almost totally average- barely any indication of ADD inattention. My therapist and I were amazed! Whether this stuff was totally causative is unlikely, but I do believe there is a correlation. I didn't FEEL very ADD that day (I was able to concentrate, focus, carry on conversations without zoning out, avoid getting distracted by extraneous stimuli, etc), and I believe the high and sustained dose of B-Vitamins contributed to that. If you think I'm wrong, I suggest you at least give these a try. Btw, I suggest taking these on an empty stomach. First, since Bs are water soluble, they don't metabolize as well when there's food in your stomach. Second, enteric coated tablets need to be taken without food, because of their delivery mechanism- they need to be dissolved in your small intestine. Also, it's a good idea not to take any capsules with these, because an enteric coated tablet will make capsules become rapid release. The more you know!

I have tried many different types of B Complex formulations over the years and 2 of my favorites are Bronson's and Swisse (both are available at amazon). This one is a strong/potent formula and you are getting your money's worth. I believe the ingredients are (non-GMO & Soy Free) clean and effective, if this company wants happy and loyal cutomers, it will keep providing us with great quality at a reasonable price. - What I like the most about this B complex (after its good quality) is the formulation (milligrams of each B vitamin). Who ever came up with this formulation knows their science quite well ! - This B complex gave me a great sense of clean energy and focus with out any crash and I know, it is because of the good dose of B3 and B5 (Niacinamide and Pantothenic acid), which increases NADH and Acetylcholine in the brain, respectively. - I ususally take half tablet in the morning or at dinner with SR Fish Oil and it has turned out to be a great combo for me. - The day i expect to have more mental or physical stress, I take 1 tablet (instead of half) in the morning with my tea and I am focused like a research scientist, this helps me get a lot done with out getting tired. - This is an excellent product for men like me who are over 40 and have a healthy life style. This formulation keeps my hormones and neurotransmitters in excellent condition. - My sleep has become deeper and more restful. I go to sleep at night easily on 1 tab as long as i take it before noon. Half a tablet I can take anytime. I have recommended it to so many friends and family members and they love this B Complex. Keep up the quality Bronsons and you will stay profitable!
