Hello, I bought this chair I think last week, it wasn’t supposed to be here until Friday but it came today! It was really easy to assemble and the holes lined up perfectly! However, when assembling the bottom and back part of the chair, the cushion does get in the way a bit and my husband had to help me keep it in place to put at least two of the screws in. After that it was pretty easy. The chair is very sturdy and stable. It doesn’t tip or anything if you sit on it a certain way or anything. It holds weight extremely well. Adjusting the height of it is very easy and just like a normal office computer chair. I bought this for my desk cause I was in a lawn chair that sat pretty low and the desk is up high. The chair is literally perfect for me to adjust it if needed. The color of the chair is as pictured. It’s a nice beige color and it’s very comfortable. I can sit in it without getting uneasy or uncomfortable. Very happy it doesn’t come with the arms on the side cause I do have pretty wide hips so if you’re plus sized like me, this is literally the perfect chair for you. The only thing that wish this chair had is wheels. I feel it would make it a little easier to move and stuff if needed, but I guess the chair does spin so I can just spin out of it and back in it as needed. It doesn’t take up much space and fits perfectly under my desk when not in use, but if it’s on carpet I’d recommend not putting it under your desk cause of it not having wheels. It’s a little difficult to move on carpet. I hope this helps someone and you get what you need from this chair like I did!

I bought three of these in the beige color and OMG I am in love. I use these for our podcast setup for my co-host, a guest, and myself. They are so comfortable! You can sit cross legged, feet up, adjust all over and they don't rock to much. The cushion is padded enough to not hurt my butt at the end of a 2 hour editing session. I sometimes use a lumbar pillow, but when I'm just sitting in them more lounge like- I like the back rests position on its own. They were so easy to put together and are sturdy. The material is thick and the color is ideal to match with any color palette. Had a slight smell to the cushions when I took them out of the box, but that went away after 24 hours out of the box.

Pretty good, decently comfortable, easy to put together, feels fairly stable/not tippy, good price. I chose the beige one despite having cats, and put a cover on it right away to prevent scratching & stains, hence the pattern not matching the ad photos. The chair looks like the ad (and much nicer!) without a cover, but the cover looks better than stains. Trade-offs, ya know? My issue is just that the seat is pretty firm for me. Not a huge deal as there are coccyx- & lumbar-support pads available out there separately. Updating my review after realizing I missed something: in order to activate the tilt function, you have to pull the height adjustment stick outward. Keep in mind it tilts the whole seat, not just the back, and for it to tilt easily, your butt has to be far back in the chair — if it’s too far forward, the center of gravity is off and it’ll be very difficult to tilt.

I can finally crisscross in a chair!! Yay!! It’s absolutely perfect for my dorm room! It’s compact, comfy, and somehow the exact shape my body needed. I swear I only reach PEAK concentration when I’m sitting crisscross, and this chair fully supports my academic and spiritual journey. It’s super sturdy, firm enough to keep good posture but still soft on my tush. Very stable: no swaying, no rocking, no mysterious creaks in the middle of the night. And the best part? I can do fun swirlies and spin round and round to get my brain spinning. Ahhh what else… OH YEAH! I’d definitely buy it again. 10/10 comfort, 10/10 stability, 10/10 for making my study sessions way more bearable.

Bought this to use as a computer chair. It sits a lot lower to the ground then I was expecting but is very comfortable, was easy to assemble.

It's well made and sturdy. I love the wide seat that permits crossed leg seating and it's comfortable! I replaced my oversized leather chair with this chair. It's more comfortable and adjusts vertically and swivels, which makes it perfect for both computer-related tasks and jig saw puzzling.

Update: The shock failed within 2 weeks. The seller DUMOS is nowhere to be found. Amazon wants me to ship it back in the original box. Who is going to keep the box around for 2 weeks first of all and second, if you can't get the cylinder out of the chair how is it you're supposed to pack it back in the box? I've replace a couple of dozen chair cylinders in my office since I'm the owner. I was just going to replace the cylinder in this char and call it a day but this shock is not coming out period. No amount of heat, WD40 or anything else is going to pry this loose without breaking the chair. THIS IS A REALLY RAW DEAL!!!!! I reported this as fraud to my credit card company, this is some serious BS they are pulling. I'm about done with Amazon. Since the thing in 2020 They just keep taking more value away from the customers to the point it's no longer going to be worth doing business with them any longer. ------------------------------------------------------ This is for the DUMOS Criss Cross Legged Office chair no wheels. The build quality on the metallic parts of this chair are by far substandard. There are a few complaints in this thread about the back tilting to one side when you attach it to the bottom, it's because it's so poorly built. I had to take a 5 pound rubber mallet and pound on the L bracket on the back of the chair just to get it to slide under the bottom of the chair so you could attach it with the bolts. I had to pound the hell out of it, it was ridiculous the holes were nowhere near lining up. This chair is just a piece of garbage you should stay away from it. I'm 6 foot five and I have 20 inch biceps, to say that I have more upper body strength in the average man is an understatement. No matter how hard I pushed on the back of the chair to slide it under the bottom to get the holes to lineup I couldn't get it to budge. My buddy couldn't get it to budge and together we couldn't get it to fit properly. The only reason this chair isn't in the trash was we finally took a rubber mallet to it and beat the living crud out of it and forced the bracket under the back of the chair until the holes lined up. Ignore the instructions when they say don't use a screw gun or a drill, use a screw gun or a drill 100% when putting the back together. I have a really good quality professional Dewalt screw gun, without that screw gun there's no way this chair would've ever been put together. The one thing this company did right as they give you one extra screw for each hole. I took that extra screw and screwed them into the top holes with my Dewalt screw gun and forced the bracket to move forward about the last 3 mm. It completely destroyed the screw. This chair is full of design flaws, unless you have a big huge rubber mallet steer clear of this item. I don't care how many stars this has the feedback is not accurate. If you read through the feedback it looks like it's for several different products this review is specifically for the DUMOS Criss Cross Legged Office chair.

I’m absolutely in love with this chair! As someone who likes sitting cross-legged, this chair is a game changer. It was very easy to assemble, it only took me less than 10mins. The cushion is very comfortable, and overall feels like a very sturdy product. My only comment is the stand is quite sharp so your feet will most likely get scratch, I would highly suggest buying a corner protector to cover it.
