I have had three of these. The first one worked once and then it failed. My computer could not recognize that there was anything on the jumpdrive and my phone did not recognize it either. I returned it and it was immediately exchanged for one that did work. I’m so pleased with it that I bought a third one.

This 256GB USB flash drive is really convenient for transferring and storing photos, videos, and other files. I like that I can use it with my phone and computer, which makes it easy to free up space on my phone without having to delete my pictures. It’s compact, easy to carry around, and works great for everyday use. Definitely a handy little storage device to have.

The set up for this device was reasonably straightforward, but the device was unusable after the first backup. Here are the details: I plugged the drive into my phone and I was prompted to install the app which manages the file transfer. Unfortunately, my phone battery died during the initial backup. After recharging my phone to 100%, I tried to do another backup. The app (or the phone) did not recognize the drive. As a result, I could not do a file transfer. I then tried plugging the drive into another phone and another computer—no response. I the uninstalled the app, turned the phone off, turned it back on and reinstalled the app. No response. No recognition of the drive. After trying similar techniques and reading the instructions, I included that the flash drive was unusable. Since the drive was no longer recognized by the app (or any phone or computer), I am also unsure of what, if any, information was copied to the drive during the original transfer. As a result, I am not going to return it. This item is either part of a scam or just a very low quality product. Do not waste your time or money on this flash drive. It does not work.

Easy to use. Functional

It's good. But didn't load cell phone pics as expected. I had to load pic to my computer, then upload to this USBFlash Drive. I hoped to just upload directly from my phone.

I purchased this drive to store vacation pictures and go pro videos, the computer recognizes it but my iPad & iPhone both need their LUV-share app to recognize the drive, everything opens then but changing the orientation of my videos like you can when opening in the iOS files app isn’t an option, as well as full screen viewing of your photos stored on the drive, they open in a window. Reformatting the drive didn’t fix any of this. I was hoping to get a simple drive, compatible with iPad/iPhone, that works for storage without any additional apps, there are better/simpler options for that.
