These are awesome for staying hydrated while traveling. I tried a packet and felt refreshed and energized. The flavor is great.

I had ever only traveled as far as the US to Europe. So, I used these flying from the US to Thailand and back. I think these helped with jet lag, but since I had never traveled that far I don't have a true comparison per se. I think in the past I would feel as if my heart were racing or as if I had an adrenaline rush or sense of uneasiness when returning, I did not have that at all when I returned. So, I think these did work. They have a strange artificial sweetener flavor but are somewhat palatable. I would buy again.

Greatly reduces the effect of jet lag. I feel a lot better after long flight.

Truth be told, I am not much of a fan of passion fruit, but I like this one. It's very convenient to bring around and it has helped me feel less sluggish during this trip.
