Extremely nice, small liposomal capsule that’s easy to swallow! Well researched ingredients to eliminate destructive “zombie cells” causing inflammation and other havoc to the body. Very satisfied with this formula as it does not contain piperine, which causes a burning sensation in my stomach. I believe that Renue by Science has a great product in Senolytique and I will continue taking this as part of my daily supplement regimen. I have also previewed their Trigonelline to aid in muscle restoration, with good results and will be taking a subscription in the near future to resume that as well. I do love a flip top lid. I don't love a supplement bottle that's one-third full. If used as directed the bottle will last two months. I'd prefer more capsules in the bottle or use a smaller bottle. The date of manufacture on mine is Apr 2024; there is no expiration date. There is a very slight kind of herbal scent to the capsules and no real taste. They are easy to swallow with water. I like my supplement bottles to say organic, non-GMO, GMP-certified, 3rd-party tested, and Made in USA. This says non-GMO and GMP-certified. The product page says 3rd-party tested. I look into the supplement companies I use because I've come across so many shady ones. The renuebyscience site has some impressive information on their testing, company, products, and more. The site also has a working phone number and chat feature, and information on their 100% satisfaction guarantee, which is nice since Amazon doesn't allow returns on supplements. I seem to take longer than most to see results when starting a new supplement, but I am quite impressed with what I see about this company, their transparency, and the quality of their products (including lack of the common fillers most other companies use). The price might seem high at first, but keeping in mind it's for two months' worth, the quality of the product and what it does, and the caliber of company, I really like it. This is the first supplement I have seen that combines quercetin with fisetin and spermidine (typical is to blend quercetin with bromelain for better absorption). Also typical of other quercetin supplements is a larger capsule and a dose of two compared to this supplement which comes in a smaller capsule and has a dose of one. I would presume that this smaller dose is in part to the combined affects of the ingredients, but I do wonder about its overall comparative effectiveness. The supplement comes in a small cellulose capsule that is very easy to swallow. The capsules are in a white plastic bottle with a white plastic screw on cap that has a convenient flip top on it. The supplement is manufactured in a GMP certified and FDA registered facility and it is third party tested (and I appreciate that a test certificate is included in the images on the product page). As expected, there is a lot number and manufacture date printed on the bottom of the bottle. I didn’t experience any side effects from taking this supplement. I also did not experience any beneficial impacts, but I don’t expect to in such a short period of time and when targeting cellular health. I do think this is a quality supplement, but I am not certain as to the sufficiency of the quantity provided per serving (I have not yet had a chance to perform a literature review on peer reviewed medical publications). That said, I do appreciate the inclusion of other complementary and beneficial ingredients as I normally consume quercetin and think this is a suitable supplement for my needs.

The slightly off-white Vegetarian Capsules are small enough to be easily swallowed, don't have any weird smell (except a slight scent if you smell all of them together in the bottle), and you get enough for a 2 month supply. CONS: A bit pricey, but that is the typical price-point (for usually quality supplements) & depends on what one considers worth the expense compared to the benefits. I have weak fingers, so the Lift 'n' Peel seals are always a pain for me to remove. FINAL THOUGHTS: I usually prefer value-priced supplements, but for certain things, I definitely look for quality ingredients & the latest innovations. I'm always willing to try something new, as long as I've read as much as I can that convinces me it's worth a try. Each person should make that decision based on their needs & health history.

This supplement for anti-aging interested me for a reasons. One is that it not only contains quercetin but also fisetin. It also has a liposomal delivery system to make sure the ingredients are absorbed properly. It’s a 60-day supply of only one capsule a day which is easy for me to take and remember. I appreciate the testing that’s been done by a certified lab. I do have a few issues though. One is that while there’s a manufacturing date on the bottom of the bottle, there is no expiration date listed. For all of the testing they did, I’d appreciate knowing when they expire, especially since it’s a product for anti-aging that rids my body of old cells. I also wish common allergens were noted as not included in this supplement. Finally, in the list of other ingredients is passion flower extract. I have no idea why or how much is added. But I do know it’s often taken for insomnia or anxiety as a calming or sedative herb. I do not want to consume that in any amount. Therefore, I question whether or not this supplement is right for me. Update: I asked a question about the passion flower extract on the Amazon webpage. The company sent a response by the following day which I appreciate. “We use Passion Flower Extract as a 100% natural flow agent. It’s just used in the machine for encapsulating these sticky compounds and not in the capsule itself, so there may only be a trace amount present." While I appreciate the answer, I’m not sure of the exact amount in the supplement and wish they could use something else.

This supplement has Fisetin which is strongly associated with healthy aging and helping to rid the body of cells that have become too old or senescent. There are additional ingredients that claim to help in that same cause, so I thought this may be better than my existing fisetin supplement. These are high quality, well manufactured capsules that are easy to swallow and produce no stomach upset that I could detect. Do they work? I hope so. but the reality is there is no way to know for sure. Studies have indicated that there may be something to these anti aging supplements, but nothing solid enough for most doctors to recommend them. Sow with no bad side effects, you have nothing to lose but your money. And if this does work as intended, you may have a longer, healthier life. That's worth some money to me.

I’m very impressed with this supplement. Good quality ingredients. Easy to take and no adverse side effects. I’ve been told I look more radiant lately and this is what I’ve incorporated into my diet recently so I think it’s working!

I have taken each of the three active ingredients in this supplement before without noticing any beneficial or adverse effects. This combo product also did not affect me in any noticeable way after 10 days. I have searched online for recommended dosages of fisetin, quercetin, and spermidine. These recommended dosages are significantly higher than what is found in this supplement. For example, the recommended dosage for fisetin is 100-500 mg daily, the amount of fisetin in this supplement is only 35 mg. Without data showing how much liposomal formulation improves bioavailability, I am not convinced that 35 mg fisetin is an effective dose. There is no information I could find about the sources of the ingredients. It is a plus that a certificate of analysis is posted even though it is for testing done two years ago on a product with a different name (Activator) containing the same three active ingredients. The bottle I received was recently manufactured (04/2024) but there is no expiration date printed on the bottom of the container.
