Good product

The timer is working perfect, but I have noticed the program is similar to the one I am using for the last two years,may be the programme brought from third party.

I bought this product two numbers in 1st Feb 2020 and installed then in my two baloneys for switching on & off my grow light for my bonsais. Since then it has been doing the function regularly without any problem. However, a few days back one timer developed a problem that the clock was running very slow. I took up with the supplier and the response was immediate in few minutes came the reply both on amazon and email. Then as battery was the probable cause I opened and told the supplier that it is fixed one and wanted to know where I can buy. They offered for sending it by currier only for the currier charges and a small amount for four battery. All these happened in about 5 days I got the battery installed and it is back in operation. My salute to the customer care they have and appreciate the response. Wish them all the best and wish they keep up the same trend.

It doesn't work and I want to return it but I can't do because it is not showing the option
