First I love the 7000 tens machine. I have bought one for myself, one for my daughter and one for my husband. They are the best on the market and the price is awesome. Even my Physical therapist said how good it is. I bought this one because I wanted the belt and it costs more for the belt separately than buying the whole kit. The belt works well for mid back pain but if your pain is on either side it is not the best. when you move it has a chance to lift one pad or the other from your skin and causes a sharp shock like feeling. I like that t includes the snap adapters and spray. The only negative about this purchase is that there is no hard carry case with it. It comes in a cardboard box only. Kind of a drag because the top question asked if it had a case and people said yes. I have a case with my other one so it does not matter as much to me but for new users, it's kind of a pain. Also, I am a bigger lady and the belt fits comfortably on me Also good to note that it came with no tens pads at all.

Great Product! I have a Tens 6000 and have been sharing it with my wife. She has more lower back pain than I so when i saw that this came with a belt, I wanted to check it out. Everything was new in box, and packaged very nicely. It was very easy to use. Once we had sprayed the conductive spray on the 2 areas on the back brace, we started it use. She noticed a difference in the 2 hours that she wore it. She also had a easier time getting out of the bed in the morning. I decided to try it the next day. I wore it comfortably for about 2 hours and then had to spray it down again. It hit right where i needed it to. I am going to order a second belt and set of snap cables to hook up to my tens unit. This is a fantastic product and was easily worth the money.

This is a great TENS unit, back support stimulator is a bonus but your missing items to make this a complete purchase. I have owned portable TENS units since they first became available (my first unit was a "3M" product). These units can dissipate pain in between doctor visits and/or rehab. This kit is missing: A case or storage container to protect the unit itself and potentially from little hands/pets. You can use the back support out of the box but not the TENS unit because this kit does not come with pads. You must buy the pads separately. Pads come in a variety of different shapes and sizes. You must think about your pain location and that the systems wires are set up for (4) single pads. In my experience 2 x 2 inch pads work best. Square or round shaped pads? If your pain is in a location that you will sit or lay down on, the round shape is best because the corners on a square shape usually get crushed or bent. Too large or rectangle shape pads usually are just too big to manage and pull off globs of body hair causing more pain, ouch! Adhesive or electric contact sprays are usually not necessary, the pads have enough adhesive to last for several reuses. Medical equipment stores usually charge approximately $100 for a single TENS unit and $8 to $12 each for a single sheet of (4) individual pads. Note: most TENS units are made in an Asian country, not America. Amazon has great deals for this type of pain relief system so as you review and compare prices, always compare apples to apples and you will be satisfied with your purchase!

When I initially received the product, and used the conductive spray, I found it to be painful and less effective than using conductive pads. I finally ordered some conductive gel (like the kind they use for ultrasounds), and I found it MUCH more effective for keeping the connection. The gel seems to buffer the discomfort, and lasts all day. I put this on in the morning and forget about it all day. I bought the rechargeable Tens batteries to go with it, and I can go all day without changing it. Overall, it's been a miracle to my everyday life.

Bought for my mother for a Christmas present. Had great reviews... have had success with mine (different brand)... so I thought I would give a try. DON'T LET THE LOW PRICE FOOL YOU!!! Works as should! The ONLY down fall ~ no pads for localized relief. This unit ONLY comes with belt... which I was not aware of. BUT... None the less... great unit! Pads can be easily purchased to compliment this great device. If your contemplating getting a tens unit ~ don't hesitate to buy this unit. HOWEVER... KEEP IN MIND... this particular unit ONLY comes with the back belt. The pads will have to be purchased seperately.

Greatest thing since sliced bread. Functions well. Prior use of tabs were never satisfactory as they peel off, roll up or stick to your shirt. However, the belt has come apart at a seam and is about to become useless. While searching for another belt how about a cost exceeding the entire package! And the 2 oz. tube of conductive spray is $28 bucks. Come on, folks, get real.

Advanced arthritis has robbed my mother of her flexibility and left her in constant pain from lumbar stenosis and compressed discs. Yet, at age 89, she remains fiercely independent and refuses hired help. Along with her prescribed medicines, TENS units, used twice daily, give her some of the relief she needs. I have purchased at least 6 TENS units within the past 8 months. Only two of those units (one of which is this Roscoe) not only provide her with pain relief but also have lasted through months of daily use. Included in this package are: * Dual channel digital stimulator unit * Support back belt with rubber electrode pads; fits up to 52" waist * Lead wires and snap wires to connect the electrode pads/belt to the TENS stimulator unit * 2 oz. Conductive spray * 9 volt Battery* User manual * Quick reference guide I would have preferred a TENS unit with a rechargeable battery, but I must say one 9 volt battery lasts and lasts. Despite using the unit daily, we are still on the original battery. I also find the low battery indicator to be a useful feature. For ease of use, my mother prefers belts for her lower back pain. After wrapping the belt around her waist and fastening the Velcro straps in front, she leans back in her recliner, selects the intensity level and the timer, then relaxes while watching television or dosing off. According to her, the stimulation feels like a gentle massage. By gently stimulating the nerves surrounding her area of injury, we are able to reduce her sensation of pain to a tolerable level.

Works as it should just make sure the belt stays tight to your skin, not good to work in because if it comes off your skin much the pulse strength increases but good while sitting or walking around the house with after work. It does help relieve the tension in my back just be careful it is powerful, if you turn it to full power right away you will get a bit of a shocking surprise :-)

Awesome Quality Tens machine. You can switch between the belt for the back... and regular tens pads which can be bought on E-bay Very custom settings are possible for the therapy!
