I feel this is a very good product. It was relatively easy to install. I went for the hardwire option. I like the fact that the camera speaks to me when I get in. I was able to seamlessly connect to the camera by Bluetooth and Wi-Fi. I also verified that it’s taking the videos properly by examining the microSD card. I would definitely recommend this product.

Delivery was great to my Apt Front door - This is the second Thinkware Dashcam I have purchased - I`m replacing one older unit that the rear Cam does not work anymore - Lasted for Many years - could have it repaired but decided to upgrade to a newer model - R. Stewart

The cameras work as described and offer good features for the price, although they don't quite have the resolution to be able to read license plates. I installed these front and rear cameras on all three of my vehicles. I recommend these cameras.

Easy install, works well and it's nice to have an impartial eyewitness in our car. Speed, location, audio and video is great!

Worked great for about two weeks and now I just get a black blank screen when I’m looking at live view and none of my recordings actually playback. It just times out and goes back to the main screen. I’ve tried the cellular data toggle off hack and it still doesn’t work on my Apple iOS 26.2. Right now it’s just a brick attached to my windshield and the support function isn’t working.

This is the fourth camera system that we purchased from Thinkware. My two daughters and my wife and I all have these systems. They are very easy to use relatively easy to install. The camera quality is excellent and I recommend downloading the app onto your PC so that you’re able to get the full picture of what the system can do.

Nicely done. Given the limited options for placement in the BMW i8, I needed a front-facing dash cam that had its main lens as far to the right as possible. The Thinkware Q200 was just about the only option. Fortunately, it also happens to be very good. The rear-facing camera is perfectly adequate and helps keep an eye on drivers who apparently have never seen an i8 before and are following me WAY too closely. Minus 1 star for the horrible audio & "voice" feature that is so shrill and unpleasant, it makes nearby squirrels weep. Even its lowest volume setting is grating. I've had to mute its audio entirely so as not to harsh my driving mellow.
