I plug it into PC, but nothing!!! how do you get this to work in windows 10?

You have to find and open your camera app on your computer/laptop and it should work.

how can you change the background when used during video calls?

I believe you will need to utilize the software you're using for making your calls. I am unaware of a built-in background changing function from the camera itself.

Is there a case for this camera?

Hello, sorry for cannot understanding your question, this document camera can be directly plugged into the computer for use. The appearance of the product is the same as the picture, thank you for contacting us.

Where are the speaker and how do I test whether it is working?

Hello, this document camera does not have the function of speaker, it only has the function of microphone, you can also send your question to our customer service team: iriszhangli@outlook.com. Thank you for reaching out to us and we hope this answers your question.
