When we first moved to our craftsman style home 17 years ago we put this same style mailbox up. About a year ago a storm caused a tree to fall, on it and broke the welded frame. The cream finish had worn off the top but kind of gave it a nice patina. We ere pleased find this similar one on Amazon. My husband found it easy to assemble and install on the current pole. We love that it locks since we live in a rural area.

Great product. Excellent quality. Provives a very finished touch to our home. Have not had any rain leakage problem as reported in some reviews. First delivery had some damage but was replaced by company immediately. Easy assembly and instalation. Great size for mail.

Easy to install

It arrived damage with a dent and part of the paint chipping off. My husband had to re-Drill the holes in the metal, for the top assembly as they did not line up. We would’ve returned it, but it took so long to get here, and we were without a mailbox. Now we’re stuck with it. If I could just exchange it, I would but unfortunately I can’t wait another two weeks to get a new one

Nice mailbox, however once I open the outer shipping box. The inner box that had the mailbox was damaged on two sides. And once I opened the damaged box, the mailbox top was cracked and the other side had a deep gouge.
