Incredible picture.
I went from a 2023 Sony Bravia XR full array led 75in to this tv. The sony is a very good tv but this OLED is just incredible, its unreal how good the picture is. I was a little bit worried about that mat finish on the tv. I gotta say it reflects way less than the Sony. As far as sound I have no idea because I have a kick ass sound system. The only knock I will give it is I like the Sony remote much better. When I pick the Sony up all the buttons light up so it makes it very ez to see and has more buttons, but not to many. On the other hand the Samsung remote will charge itself the solar panel on the back. Don't let the remote hold you back, its just an incredible picture. Its a good idea how the tv and the monitor are like 2 different pieces. So the monitor is very thin.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS
This started off a great purchase. The TV was great. Great picture, great interactive features and really easy to set up. I purchased it in July. On Sunday (Not even 4 months into purchase at this point) the TV will not turn on. It has no power going to it. I ran through all the troubleshooting BS on the site and nothing. I called Amazon that same Sunday, and was informed that my issue was being escalated and that a repair would be scheduled and they would reach out VIA email. It's Friday now. I just got off the phone with AMAZON, again... only to be told that 1) The issue was never escalated. 2) The purchase is outside the window of their return policy 3) I must now deal with Samsung directly to resolve this issue. This has left a very bad taste in my mouth. I will be rethinking the money I spend with Amazon from this point forward. Not because of the return issue, because of the terrible customer service and dismissive behavior by Amazon. I looked further into this issue and and beginning to realize this is a known issue. I am not sure how I missed this when I was researching.

Awesome TV
My Oled 65" Samsung is everything I hoped it would be. Very simple operating system and a remote that controls the TV as well as a firestick. I was able to load my apps onto the TV operating system easily. I compared this TV at multiple vendors and chose Amazon because of the better insurance availability cost and service. The TV was the same from all vendors and within a few dollars in cost but the extended protection plans were the deciding factor. The other plans were either significantly more money for the same timeframe or less or the reviews (All State) so bad that I would have been crazy to go with that even though it was free or very inexpensive. There are reasons some things are free. I never used to buy protection plans but have purchased over the last few years and reaped the benefits of that on a few occasions. Back to the TV. Awesome picture, looks great mounted on the wall. Sound is very good even without a sound bar. Has a series of speakers on the back. Be careful not to block them or let cords press against them. Very little space wasted on non-viewing area. The TV was a bit difficult to mount on a wall bracket due to the computer configuration. I could have mounted the computer on the wall but using some of the spacers that came with the mount I was able to make it work. Very satisfied used.

Absolutely Amazing QD-OLED, Glare free is awesome!
I love this TV and want one in every room. The glare free coating is fantastic. I have a big window directly in front of this TV, and lights in the living room facing it during the evening. I am very happy with this technology. Setup was easy. Getting the colors how I want was not too much of a problem. I'm using movie mode with warm 2. Turned the brightness down a bit and and contrast down too. 4k HDR content looks insanely good on this TV. The motion settings needed some adjustments to stop the TV from stuttering. But now it's not an issue. I would recommend going slow and looking in all the menus and learning what the settings do. There is a lot, but it's all there for you to get your experience tailored to you're preferences. The Samsung s95f comes out soon too and I wonder how that will compare. But for now this is a great tv. Connecting a gaming PC to this TV is also very good too.

Great picture!
Really 4 1/2 stars. The positive: a fantastic picture, and the matte screen really works to minimize reflections. Only rarely do I notice any reflection at all. Could customization features and image adjustments. Good sound quality, but needs a sound bar or other external system for sound as good as the picture. The not so positive: It's annoying to have to wait out the Samsung menu every time you turn it on. It should go directly to my image source (cable box, etc.) and only go to the menu when I want it to. And the pop-up ads on top of the TV commercials is a little annoying, but not all that bad, I suppose. (What am I talking about? One example: a TV ad for a pizza restaurant, and the TV shows a pop up on top that says "Click to order right now" or something like that. I paid for the TV. Don't force ads on me. Overall, though, a great TV, and the best OLED for brightly lit rooms.

TV is great, but ...
The One Connect cables that it comes with are very short (1 foot and 6 foot), so if your equipment is not directly under the TV, good luck. In addition, there is no longer One Connect cable available for this TV. So, I decided to mount the One Connect box onto the back of the TV (kind of defeats the purpose of the separate box) and run longer ethernet and HDMI cables to the TV. But, when you mount the box, they have you mount it with the connections to the outside which is not only less appealing but forces you to use the 6 foot cable, which would not have been necessary if they simply allowed you to mount the box the other way. One other thing. When you turn the TV on, it defaults to the home screen. Why not just go to the last source used like every other TV out there. It will go to the default source but not until at least 10 seconds of sitting on the home screen. So, in short, great picture. But, some really bad design/engineering choices.
