This is a really cool way to get a new perspective on job site progress. It's easy to use and to get setup. The picture quality is amazing and the transitions are smooth! This thing has a really good battery life and is very functional. Watching the playback is the coolest part! Great for the price! I highly recommend this camera!

The pothos are little better than a cheap 2005 camera phone. The battery life is quote poor. Barely lasts one day.

The idea here is solid, and the build is a good build quality for exterior use. As a visual artist, I was looking for something that will not only let me time lapse my garden projects, but also art being made...with the latter being the more important use case for me. Here's what I found: - I ran four test shoots. in all cases the image quality was good...but not great. to be perfectly honest, I own three cameras I spent less that $17 on a piece that have far superior image quality. And up to $100 price range, at least seven. So...the one thing this really has going for it is the built in time lapse...is that worth the price? - this camera does not handle high contrast light very well, which is a surprisingly poor choice for a camera designed to be used outside - the app is fairly simple, and once you get it, easy to use. not the most intuitive design I've seen. photographers will appreciate some customizable control, though it's not quite as open as full manual control...another somewhat baffling decision - for such a wide angle lens, the focus distance is awfully long...too long for bird/small animal time lapse but now for the good... - lightweight means you can mount this in a lot of places. I used a magnetic mount for a cheap security system camera, and it worked perfectly...no slippage due to weight which can happen with heavier cameras. however...it also means its just a little easier to sway when monopod mounted. - its really nice being able to use the built in private wifi to download images and make adjustments on the fly without having to dismount and or hook up to a computer, or remove any parts. - the rubber weather sealed door for charging port is well place and designed, one of the few I think should last a very long time and do its job properly - downloading the movies is quite easy, and they are already finished files when offloaded. However, you have no control over things like frame rate...which could be problematic depending on your region - incredible battery life. I used it solid for a couple days, making four separate videos...and I barely touched the battery levels. uses button top 18650 which are easy to get and fairly inexpensive batteries. - can recharge using solar for long term projects...and that's just awesome! - not having to use my phone or one of my mirrorless cameras that have poor battery life for filming to do time lapse anymore will be not only incredibly time saving, but a pure joy...time lapse can be soooo much work...and this little thing does all the hard stuff for ya. Overall: so...six to eight years ago this camera would have been amazing and a five start product. today I struggle to give it the four I am, and only am because I will use it a lot once I get used to circumnavigating all the challenges that come with it. For me...it's worth having just to not tie up my phone or mirrorless cameras anymore. However, knowing what I know now...I would look for a different one. This is just too far behind in technology to be taken seriously in this marketspace for content creators. Will this work for construction jobs as intended? absolutely. would be great for that. don't really need resolution or sharpness...as it isn't for public consumption. but for people like me wanting to show people the time lapse...this just doesn't cut it as anything but an exterior garden style time lapse camera. And after all, that is what it's design for. But there is so much better imagery available out there, and for much less money.

We are having another building constructed on our property and thought this would be a neat way to document everything. The instructions included with the camera are well done and easy to understand... though you must download the app to your phone in order to do almost anything with the camera... and the app is almost worthless. Very frustrating. As others have mentioned... the batteries are not included, and they are not a commonly found size. The battery life chart here on the product page is very helpful and seems fairly accurate. I set the camera to shoot one picture every 10 minutes and I got about 13 days. You can buy a power adaptor and use a USB cable to run it instead of batteries, but that means it will need to plugged in in a dry location. Picture quality is acceptable, and you get 16 GB of storage. This is one of those items where you really need to shop around and see what the alternatives are... as this camera is lacking in many areas... especially at this price range.

While this camera does an adequate job of shooting time lapse videos IF connected to an external power supply, it is difficult to set up and put to work. When not connected to external supply via USB-C, the three 18625 button-top batteries won't last even 24 hours if you don't set it to Power Saving mode. Worse yet, the app provides false readings as to the amount of power left in the batteries. I started a new shoot with the app reporting 80% battery power, but the batteries were apparently nearly dead and the shoot did not occur. Don't even THINK of using it without turning on Power Saving in the app—the batteries won't last long at all. BUT with Power Saving turned on, you can't connect to the camera without first pushing its power button, then going through the steps to try to connect the app. The price seems exorbitant compared to various other cameras that will do a better job (shooting 2k instead of 1080, running for days or weeks on AA batteries) for a much more reasonable price (trail cameras that have a time lapse option, for instance). The only way to set this camera up and set its parameters is to connect via the ATLI+ app, which gets 1-star ratings at the Apple app store, and is rather complex and confusing. It's not easy to get it to connect, either. It often reports back Unable to Connect. There is no internal screen such as what you find on most trail cameras these days. No internal menu. Everything must be done through the app. If you enjoy frustration and disappointment, this camera may be a good choice for you, but at this price???

This camera arrived intact, in new condition, and packaged in branded box. The instructions are well-written and appear professionally produced. The camera is very light and the entire outer shell is plastic. The batteries are a bit of a sore subject...they require special batteries that are NOT included. In all fairness, this information was available in their description. But it is human nature to seek instant gratification. So to order, wait, and receive it only to find out you have to wait until you have found, purchased, waited, received and fully charged, the "3, high-quality, button-top 18650 Lithium ion, 3.7V, 3400mAh" batteries that this camera requires. The 75" straps is of adequate quality to hold the weight of the camera. The app that is required to be used needs some debugging and improvement and has received only 1 star at the time of this review. Overall, I think that just including the batteries would turn so much around for this item.
