I took and chance... and I'm glad I did!
I've had this firewall/router for nearly 2 months so far and have absolutely no complaints. It didn't start off too well to be honest. On booting up for the first time I got a ton of errors telling me that Pfsense couldn't find the NIC (network interface card).I made a quick call to the Watch Software team (they are UK based) and they gave me a call back with a couple of options.1. Make a return for refund or exchange through Amazon which they would immediately approve.2. Try reinstalling Pfsense.I went for option 2 and a few minutes later it was up and running with no errors. This firewall is a great bit of kit and for about half the price of a lot of others I looked at with similar specs.I took a chance as there were no reviews but it definitely paid off.It is fairly small, about the size of a NUC or mini pc.It makes no noise with it being a fanless design and doesn't get hot.It handles all of my wired and wireless devices (of which I have a lot) with the addition of a network switch that I already had.I has a built in WIFI adapter which I tested out and can confirm that it works well. I opted to use the WIFI from my old router which I did by plugging it into on of the three LAN ports.I did consider installing OpenSense but ended up sticking with Pfsense. I have installed a few packages in Pfsense and have not noticed any problems.I haven't found any cons with it except the initial errors but I'm guessing this could be a one off and if not then it's easy to fix. This is an excellent addition for anyone into their tech/for a homelab setup or even for business use.All in all I can highly recommend this Firewall/Router, the hardware is great and the customer service is top notch.10/10.

Above expectation / recommended/ responsive tech support
I had an issue at first, it seemed to shut down the ports after a couple of hours. I reinstalled PFSense after a very rapid response from their tech team.(The serial and email address for tech support is in the reverse of the device).Although the instructions are very clear and well written, I don't believe the Web Gui is (or should be) on the internet-facing WAN (LAN1/igc0). It was actually available on igc1 (second from left). When I reinstalled PFSense it was still on igc1 (second from left).Anyway, I am very happy with the device and consider it to be good value for money. I would definitely recommend it.
