Tower T22008 CeraGlide Cordless Steam Iron with Ceramic Soleplate and Variable Steam Function, 2400 W, Purple

Got this in rose gold and black, looks really nice. Heats up really quickly and has a large capacity water tank with a good size water jug to fill it. I use it as cordless to avoid tangles and it’s made ironing a breeze! It feels lightweight and comfortable to hold but with a little weight to put pressure on to help with creases. Has a steam burst and water jet also. I put it on stand while I’m rearranging the clothes and it keeps the heat constant. So far so good.

Just used the iron for the first time and I am really pleased. It’s light but iron’s beautifully. Easy to switch from cordless to corded. Fast charge up so as you put it back onto the base to move the clothing around on your ironing board its charged up again. Temp controls etc just like any other steam iron. Cord length isn’t very long but I iron next to the socket so that doesn’t concern me. When in cordless use you wouldn’t need a long cable anyway. It has a large water tank capacity. Really happy with this iron especially considering the price as it’s such good value.

This iron is useful as it can be used as both locked to the electric base like a standard iron or unlocked from the base and used as a cordless iron.If using as cordless, yes you may need to wait a little longer sometimes for it to heat up but the benefit is it is cordless.The iron is light and work well for my needs.I don’t use steam when ironing so cannot comment on this.The fact you can keep it attached to the base and use as a normal corded iron was important to me and ideal at times. The cord is a little shorter than I would’ve liked but it’s ok for me as I just move nearer the plug socket.The one disappointment with this iron design is that I keep knocking the temperature dial when I pick up the iron as it moves round too easily, the dial needs to be a little stiffer. I’ll live with it but it is a bit of a pain.

Well i was doubtful that a cordless iron would be up to the challenged of a large family with daily ironing. But I was totally wrong. Its fab! Heats up fast and the heat lasts long enough for a couple of items but placing it in the stand for 15 seconds heats it up to full power again while you get the next item ready. Im in a routine already of just placing it back on the stand when changing the item on the ironing board over and its works brilliantly. No more annoying lead and fast efficient ironing uts not too heavy either totally recommend

Does everything it’s supposed to do, heating and steam wise. Lovely and light, easy to glide and a really great price.

Great lightweight product great you can use this with or without the chord. I’ve only used once this did leak a lot of water when heating up. Maybe it was just because it was the first use. Other than that it ironed great, heated up fast, removed creases easily and a lot of settings to iron on. The chord length is great but can use without it needed.

good iron and bauble use

This iron is great. I bought a UK to Australian plug adapter to use with the iron. It heats up quickly when in cordless mode. I used it to iron linen tea-towels and it was better than my corded iron. Will be recommending to family and friends.

Works great and is easy to use. Charges quick as inbetween uses and got here quick. Only thing is it didn't come with a UK to AUS power adapter like the seller claimed so make sure you have one on hand if you purchase this! Apart from that hiccup though it works great!
