This does a wonderful job getting rid of wrinkles. It works especially well on linen and silk. I prefer to steam these fabrics instead of ironing them. The steamer heats up fast, has 3 heat settings and holds a good amount of water. The water does not leak. Excellent product at a reasonable price.

Faulty. Never heated up to the stage of usage. Useless.

I purchased this steamer to take to my daughter's out of town wedding. We used it to steam multiple bridesmaid dresses as well as other clothing while on the trip. The dress fabric was a little think so we were a little concerned if it would do the job! It worked great steaming the dresses, heated up quickly and there was no "leaking" of water. It took out all the wrinkles that the dresses had. It was comfortable to handle and does not feel like some of the cheaper steamers I have used in the past. I used it to steam other outfits over the weekend and am using it a home now, as well! I would definitely recommend this clothes steamer!

I prefer steaming over ironing hands down.

I have never owned or tried a steamer before but I needed something to get the wrinkles out of these very large and heavy window curtains I bought. I was AMAZED how easy this steamer was to use and how FAST it took out all the wrinkles and made the curtains look perfect! I am so happy I bought this and now I use it for everything. I much more prefer this steamer over an iron any day!
