I love the fact there is more than one type of Magnesium in this particular bottle. It helps with sleep and lessens the amount of hot flashes at night, as well as the intensity of them. Jamieson 100mg Magnesium for the win!! And it’s cheaper than the drugstore! Double win!!

Great for my muscle cramps. I’ve been taking it, one pill a day now for about two weeks and have noticed less cramping in my legs at night. Will continue to use. Thank you.

I honestly never write reviews, even though I purchase so many items on Amazon. With that said, I feel the need to mention that this is the magnesium I always go back to. As someone who doesn't respond well to magnesium glycinate, I find I tolerate this quite well and the desired effects occur within a few days of taking. I will say if you have a sensitive stomach like myself to pair it with dinner, but other than that I am very pleased with this supplement.
