This heating pad works nicely for neck, shoulder, arms. first time use in microwave only heat for 60 seconds, after that 90 seconds is perfect. My only drawback is I wished the heat lasted a little longer. But it works exactly as I was hoping it would.

I can’t believe I went this long without having a microwave heating pad. The Airice pad is so easy to use — just pop it in the microwave for a couple minutes and it stays warm for a surprisingly long time. I love that it’s soft, comfortable against the skin, and contours nicely whether I use it on my neck, shoulders, or back. Very nice! Lightweight, soothing, and comfortable. Definitely has moist warmth after heating. The only thing I would change is to add a bit more filling inside. But very good product and I would buy again.

Highly recommend this one just don’t over microwave it! It ties around your neck, your leg wherever you want it to soothe your aches and pains and retains the heat after 1 minute in your microwave. Be careful it gets hot quick! Overall, it’s a great price very versatile. You can take it anywhere as long as you have a microwave to warm it up. I did not try this in the freezer. I don’t like the cold! Warm it up sit back and relax and let it do its thing!

I purchased this to help with shoulder pain. I followed the instructions and used it occasionally for a couple of months. The suggested microwave heat level does not really work (under two minutes) and it looses the heat very quickly. After using it for a couple of months of use the little beads inside started to burn in the microwave, causing a horrible odor!! I had to trash it!!

Came as described and works well. It helps with my neck pain and stiffness related to bulging didcs in my neck.

I didn’t get a chance to use this because my microwave broke But it seems like it would work fine and well made . I had to return it for now . .
