This product was delivered in used state, the sprayer was used with chemical and it was giving strong smells, the missing part was the the nozzle, asked for replacement with images uploaded to amazon for self check. a good product sent as used to another customer becomes a bad product, hence one star rating. thankfully the sprayer was not taken into home, as the smell was very pungent strong. a replacement sprayer was sent after 48hrs, after opening the packing, found the sparayer not working and pump malfunction. asked for refund

The bottle sprayer is great for cleaning — easy to use and sprays evenly. However, the metal spray controller at the front gets loose very soon (used it less than 5 times), which is annoying and affects performance over time. Good for basic use, but quality could be better.

Value for money product, seems sturdy and durable, just wish the spray was a little easy on the use of Water, so that refilling is not too frequent
