Helps to improve sleep and to relax
Valerian Root can have a bit of an unpleasant smell but these liquid drops are actually easy to take and don't taste bad. They work great and help me to relax and to wind down at night.

Weak and diluted
This is so weak. I can tell because proper valerian extract isn't supposed to be so sweet and have little potency. I can not feel any effect from this product. Waste of money, do not buy if you want effective valerian root.

Calms the nerves
I LOVE Mary Ruth products and the Valerian Drops are no different. I take a dropper of this and Kava drops at night and I sleep great! In 15 mins my eyes start getting heavy.
