3M Scotch-Brite Griddle Cleaning, 3.2 Oz Packet, 40/Pack

I have a Weber S435 grill, with a griddle attachment. Weber recommends cleaning the hot griddle with water. However, it never worked too well. Every time, after it cooled down, it still looked black and dirty. Worse, I'd gently wipe it with clean kitchen roll, to see if there was any loose residual material, and there would be a lot of black "dust" on it. And that stuff would, of course, go into the next thing that was cooked on the griddle. So I tried this cleaner. It's outstanding! Squirt onto hot griddle, scour, and squeegee the liquid into the trash collection slot. After using it twice, the griddle looks almost new. And the kitchen roll is pretty much clean!

We love using this product to clean our commercial flat top grill. The product is pre measured and cuts down on waste and makes it super easy to use.

I use the liquid at the end of my shift at work to clean the griddle, making the whole process much easier and quicker. I volunteer at my Church and the grill in our kitchen is used by numerous groups. The grill is often left in poor shape. When I am on duty I arrive a few minutes early heat the grill per directions, apply the magical 3M H701, scrub lightly with a grill pad and rinse thoroughly, light coat of vegetable oil and good to Go. This product is OUTSTANDING!

Ordinarily I wouldn't write a review on one use of a product. But this stuff is amazing. It actually does what it says. My stainless steel griddle top had a deep golden haze all over from use. I poured a small amount over heated grill then scoured lightly for a minute or so. I could see it was working right off. Within 3 minutes my grill top looked almost brand new! It's pricey but you get 4 quarts and it takes very little per application. Used a squeegee to scrape off excess sludge then wiped down with wet paper towels. I reapplied a coat of pam to be ready for next use. It works. Get it before price goes higher. You won't be disappointed.
