This kettle is amazing. Surface is one round so its very easy to clean fast heating and steel is sturdy lid also very good. Over all its a nice product. At first i read all the reviews and got frustrated by thinking what if i purchase this and by chance it comes as the reviews? Really Efficient Electric Kettle with Quick Heating
This SOLARA electric kettle works great and heats water very quickly, even with its 1.5 L capacity. The heat-up time is impressive whether I’m boiling water, milk, or making tea and soup. The cord length is convenient and gives enough flexibility around the counter. The handle feels sturdy and comfortable, and the lid closure is secure and easy to open. Overall a very handy and reliable kettle for everyday use

No service center only online support.
It was good while it lasted but it died suddenly after 2 years of use and there is no service center of Solara or anyway to get any spares to fix the kettle. So this is bound to the land refill. If I had been aware oif this problem before I would never have bought this Kettle - it is such a shame that you cannot repair it and have no option but to discard it.

to clean extra care is required as boul is atteched with electric heater eliment
Just unbox and tested Functioning wel but boul steel quality is very poor looks like thin aluminium, actually I can't identify whether it is stainless steel or aluminum. Taken 7 minutes to boil 2 glass water. Slow but I like slow.

Didn't last a year
Kettles don't seem to last long in our house, but this one didn't even make it to 12 months.I wouldn't recommend, it was slow to boil and noisy.

Still great after long term use
10 months of use later, still a great kettle. Originally bought for the fully stainless steel interior (lid included). Not the fastest kettle in the world, but does the job well. Exterior does not get very hot, and the lid mechanism works fine. Looks beautiful in red! Only nitpick is that the base is not very grippy, and can slide.
