I was so excited to try this! I have been on a journey to find something that would keep my hair from frizzing out at even 1% humidity. I had just ended my bright red hair dying era (Sorry Brad! It was fabulous too!) so I have a little residual damage & dryness. I wanted to lessen future damage, so I stopped using my flatiron & bought one of the L'Ange heated brushes (which I LOVE, also got the comb one, another review) to dry & smooth all in one step. It doesn't straighten my hair like the flatiron, but that's okay because I am trying to embrace my waves, not fight them. The spray is awesome! I haven't tried it with pin straight hair yet, but it lets my hair wave naturally without the frizz, even during these terribly humid summer rainy days (Southeastern PA) & heatwave Florida-like hellfire humidity. Normally, if I let my hair naturally dry it gets super puffy & frizzy, but with this product the frizz is kept at bay, and even though my hair is smoother at first styling, when the waves start to get tighter they don't frizz & actually look intentional. I apply it generously to all of my hair, paying special attention to the areas that frizz first for me: my part area & around my ears. The smell is okay, not my fave, but it's not terrible or anything. Smells literally like a salon to me. It's invisible, not sticky on hair, and it does last multiple days for the numbered days hair washers. Between washes I still wet my hair prior to styling, so I will add a little more for good measure, but I don't think I actually need it. You will know if you put too much. I have found it works best from wet hair, generous coating & using heated tools. This is the best humidity defense I have found so far! I can't wait for my hair to grow longer so I can show better photos of the waves. I love it! Try it & you won't be disappointed!!

This stuff is great!!! Been wanting to try it for a long time as I’m a long time viewer of Brad. I have very fine and very course hair. It gets knotted so easily and always looks so rough. I decided to buy this spray to mitigate that and wow I am so so happy with how this makes my hair feel. It feels so light and doesn’t make my hair greasy at all. It has completely smoothed it out and I have no knots forming whatsoever when I use it. This is an amazing product. Good job Brad!!

I use heat on my hair almost daily, and (even using other protectants) the ends of my hair would dry out quickly. The first time I went to the salon after using this for about a month, my stylist asked what I was doing because my ends looked so good after 6 weeks. I told her about the XMONDO Super Gloss and how great it makes my hair look and feel. The finish is soft, not oily, and gives hair an amazing shine. The bottle and sprayer work very well. If you were unsure, just buy it!

I received this product only a few hours ago and will be returning it. The spray comes out very runny and pours instead of misting properly, leaving my hands wet during application. After a quick test, my hair felt rough rather than smooth, and instead of creating a sleek, flat result, it added volume, which is the opposite of what I was looking for.

I love this only because my dry, box dyed for years, 10% graying hair was SO soft after using that I couldn't stop touching it. BUT it could not keep my hair from "puffing" up in high humidity after it had rained overnight. The only thing that will keep me from repurchasing is the price. After the frizz developed I did go back over it with a flat iron & it was smooth again & close to the level it was the first time. Still 4 stars because of the condition my hair was in after using it; not weighed down like it is when I've used smoothing creams, I enjoyed the smell & I've never had softer hair. If I find it works on a day with less humidity I will I'll update this review.

This product and its packaging are high quality. My hair stays smooth and frizz free for days and has beautiful shine from this spray. Does not weigh the hair down or leave residue - the product is not detectable. The first time I used it, I blow dried, and then found the product really kicked in with my flat iron. But now using my hair dryer is also sufficient - just had to make sure enough product + heat. Even the bottle and spray nozzle are top notch - this is not a standard cheap hairspray bottle. And the nozzle distributes the product beautifully. I didn't love the smell the first time, but it fades, and I've actually gotten compliments that my hair "smells expensive." I commute from a dry area to a high humid area. This product is everything. 🤩

It does work for a number of washes. It has the xmondo signature scent, which doesn't bother me and after it dries, goes away. My hair is much less brittle after using it (texture changed after chemo); it has a bit of shine and is much smoother/softer at the mids to ends. I just don't always like using heat products on my hair and this requires it in order to activate the product. I do add hair oil to the mids/ends after styling as well.

I've used a few products like this and this one wins hands down. Prior products I've used (Living Proof and Kevin Murphy) were good but they had drawbacks like leaving a residue feeling or just being super expensive. As my hair is naturally straight I don't have a big problem with frizz, however I like to go a 2 or 3 days between washes due to having very dry hair. I was mainly looking for a style extender type product to protect my hair from dirt and other elements between washes. This XMondo spray goes on with a nice light mist. I didn't have to use a ton for it to be effective and my hair remained smooth and shiny for 3 days between washes. After applying the product and blow drying I was amazed at how silky my hair looked and felt. It wasn't weighed down and it didn't feel like I had anything in my hair at all. The one drawback is that it left my hair so smooth and silky that it was hard to blow dry any shape or volume into my hair, it kind of just wanted to lay totally flat and straight. I don't mind though because I like the look of super sleek straight hair too and if I need a bit of shape I can always add some waves with my curling iron. I will keep buying this product for as long as it's available

Absolutely amazing It’s like magic I have never had such smooth silky hair if you follow the instructions and use hot tools it works perfectly and if anyone thinks the price is too much it will last a long time it’s absolutely worth it 😉 thank you so much Brad Mondo 👌🙂

Smelled and felt nice but did leave my hair greasy. I have thick curly hair

This product does what it promises! My hair stays smooth with no frizz even on the most humid or wet days. That said, it has an old lady perfume kind of scent, which is not a deal breaker, but I do wish it smelled more modern.
