These are such a good choice when it comes to taking Vitamin C! It is all natural and works so well! I don't even get a seasonal cold when I take these regularly! Vitamin C is good for so many things and this brand is the best!

I read an article that You shouldn’t take a Vitamin C supplement that contains Ascorbic Acid next to where it states the word Vitamin C. I have a very sensitive stomach & want to keep My Microbiomes running as best inside of My body that I can. These Vegetable Caps that are plant based are easy for Me to swallow. The ingredients are all Organic Superfood blends which is what I love about them. I only take them as directed by My Dr. when I’m out & about doing alot of things during the day & tend to feel sluggish the next day. These along w/Whole Food Quercetin Plus keeps Me going. My regimen is taking both for 4 days straight. Then I don’t feel like I’m coming down w/any cold or flu, etc. You can take these though on a daily basis if Your Dr. wants You on Vitamin C every day. I’d recommend this product.

Pros: made with super foods and no fillers, soy, corn, gluten and NO synthetic Ascorbic Acid Cons: The price. For almost $40 you should at least get 60 tablets if not 90. 56 tablets is a little steep for me. That’s the main reason I have only purchased this product 3x’s in the last 2 years. However, you get what you pay for and it may just be really expensive to provide such a wonderful product.

Best vitamin c ever! Anytime we start feeling the slightest sickness we take and we immediately start feeling better.

I have used other Vitamin C products in the past, but did not realize all of the “stuff” they were adding was not only harmful but unnecessary. Who wants synthetic nutrients? Yuck. Paleovalley only uses organic sources of Vitamin C. This whole food approach to supplements is better for your body, and easier on digestion. I have had no stomach issues. It is also easier to get my kiddo to take the capsules vs a powder (gritty) mixed into his juice. Glad I tried this and anxious to try some of their other products.
