I live in LA, and tried this product. The grass doesn't germinate under this weather, regardless of the season. It is supposed to be for Southern California? I bought two bags, and tried it with different soil and seasons. No luck, while other seeds I tried did.

Hauled in dirt, spread and gently raked this seed in, set up automated sprinklers, and 7 weeks later we have mowed it for the first time and it is looking GREAT! It still has some filling in to do but the grass is already thriving and seems tough enough for my 2 large dogs to romp on. It will only get more sturdy as time goes on. Highly recommend!

The product was very slow to germinate, but has now after 2 months filled in about 50% of the area that was seeded. Where it is growing the grass is dense, green and looks very healthy. Hoping it will continue to flll in over time.

I've seeded twice and nothing has germinate. Followed all recommendations from manufacturer/seller, tried communicating with them and have had no results. They don't stand behind their product beyond claiming its good quality. Refuse to refund, $100+ for a bag of seeds that don't germinate is definitely not worth the money.

Looks pretty but most of it doesn't germinate unfortunately....also whatever does takes forever but I think keto thats just bermuda for ya...scrapp3d the project, going with turf type tall fescue...germinate in 7 days and it's 90$ for 25 lbs!

Over a month and grass didn't germinate. Water daily. I don't know if they sent me old seeds or what is the deal. I only got weeds. And a little grass fron before.
