Too often, too many damaged pods
Coffee is good, however (despite the boxes being in perfect condition, with no damage whatsoever) too many pods from each sleeve came out with very problematic dents. This is just not acceptable. Amazon, Starbucks or Nespresso should really improve the quality control wherever the pods are packaged. Not putting just one star here only because the coffee (those pods I could keep) tastes good aside from this issue.

Excellent aroma, flavor and body!
I've had this coffee set on a subscription for around 3 months now and after trying several different things and types I can safely say this is my favorite coffee capsule of anything out there. I should preface this by saying I don't really care about brands, I think I've visited the Starbucks coffee shop maybe two times in my entire life, however these pods are one step above the rest when it comes to aroma and strength. I've tried everything from Lavazza, Nescaffe, Ginko and even some other nameless brands but i keep returning to the Starbucks Italian Style Roast on a daily basis for that "I need a good coffee right now" and it has never disappointed! I will be keeping my sub as long as my coffee machine works!
