It folds up if you do not want to use it at the time. That way, it can make less clutter
Even though it didn't fit onto my sewing machine, the way I wanted it to, it still works. And I liked that it has a measuring guide on it

Fits perfectly!
It arrived quickly, as ordered and was easily set up and put to use. Since different sewing machine arms have different dimensions make sure sure it will fit your machine. It could be sturdier but for the price it works fine.
