When I first started using the monitor, it was a great addition to my work setup. However, after using it for less than 2 months, the monitor has stopped working. Although it’s properly connected to both my laptop and power source, the display is black. I have tried every suggestion from every corner of the internet to try and fix it, but nothing works. According to many folks on different platforms, this is a known issue with Koorui monitors. The reviews for this monitor did not mention this issue when I decided to purchase it, so I hope this helps someone else! It’s a great price point if the monitor actually worked. But considering it’s now useless less than 2 months later, it’s not worth it!

The computer works great, but it’s not meant to last more than a year. I had this product for nine months until one day working it just totally went black. I tried troubleshooting the issue through the issue through the Internet, but after realizing through Reddit and Microsoft forums tons of people were having the same issue. Reading those forms made me come to the conclusion that I should not buy one of these cheap monitors. I tried to reach out through Amazon product info the phone number and with their website, but they do not exist. Going to their website through Google soon realize that technical support line was down temporarily no kidding.

I have a Mac and it requires me to to unplug and plug back in the HDMI every single time I turn this monitor on. It does not automatically turn on, and the power on button is finicky so you have to mess with it a bunch to turn it on. It also falls asleep after a few minutes even with the auto sleep option OFF so you have to mess with it to turn back on again. Recommend another brand. I’ve had it for almost a year, and have only used it for about 2 cumulative months so it’s not like it’s from wear and tear, in my opinion. Image quality is ok, I only use it for school so it gets the job done. But overall kind of annoying since I switch back and fourth between iPad, textbook, and computer which is usually in sleep mode again

Great quality and easy to set up I have been having severe problems with my monitor. I have tried new display port cables, different display ports on my PC, and with/without my second monitor plugged in. The KOORUI monitor will random shut off and on while in use, and it will randomly turn itself on and flash random colors like it’s in test mode. I don’t know if I received a demo model from the floor or what, but it has been super frustrating to try to stream with.

I don’t recommend buying because, 1. It does not have audio I don’t recall if it was written in the photos but there is no audio and it required an additional audio source. 2- graphics it claims to be “160 hz/fps” this is a lie it goes up to max 120 which is not bad because ps5 and Xbox only go up to 120 fps but it is still false advertising. But other than that it is decent not good for the price though you can find a better one at Walmart

One-year+ review: I purchased this monitor in April 2024 and was very happy with it overall. I primarily used it for my PC and gaming, and it performed well for most of the year. In December 2025, I started experiencing an issue where the screen would randomly turn off and back on. I would expect a monitor to work at least for few years. I contacted customer service and they responded very quickly. They advised me to email KOORUI customer support with video proof of the issue and my receipt. I was informed that, after review, they would either issue a refund or provide a replacement, which could take a few weeks. I have submitted all the requested information and am currently waiting for their response. I will update this review once I hear back regarding the refund or replacement.

Monitor dims often while playing games.Monitor flickers randomly and can last 2-5 seconds.I have replaced display port cable and tried different power supply and video card.Looks great when working correctly.Customer Support wants video of these issues but its hard to record because it happens randomly.You would think they would replace it but they stuck on sending a video. -1 point for flickering -1 point for for dimming -2 point for customer service -1 point for slow response back to emails They want me to ship it to them(I pay shipping) and they replace part of the monitor.Worst customer service ive ever experienced.Officially a 0 rating now.

The color optimization is really bad it either looks yellowish or too blue saturated. And if you try to change colors with software it doesnt improve image quality, my monitoe only lasted 2 days and randomly the screen started flashing with white lines and they stayed there so the monitor is over. 1440p resolution is very bad too, i even have a rx7800xt and not even like that was good. Dont buy it, save up and buy LG, Gygabyte, Asus, samaung, etc.

Great quality monitors with vibrant colors, cool looking settings menu, fast response times and quality FPS! Would reccomend to anyone looking for a monitor for a decent price in comparison to overpriced mid quality gaming monitors, they work well in my setup but are a little too big for my liking, but hey they work so I'm not complaining! PS: If you look at some of the bad reviews it's clear some people didn't use their brains to think to contact amazon or return/replace it upon getting it instead of complaining about it, honestly if something breaks and it's fulfilled by amazon they usually take care of it if it's a warranty issue

El producto llegó 3 días antes de lo esperado y por el precio es una verdadera ganga. Estuve buscando monitores de 240hz en 1440p y que fueran IPS y además de escasos costaban más allá de 10,000 pesos mexicanos. Por este precio el monitor es una verdadera joya, con display port 1.4 puedo usar los 240hz y los colores son muy bellos sin haberle movido nada a la configuración. Me dan ganas de comprar otro para tener un set up de dos de estos. Si estás temiendo que por ser una marca no muy reconocida puede que no sea buen producto, estás equivocado, muy bien monitor y lo compraría otra vez. Ahora solo esperar que así de bueno siga por mucho tiempo o tendré que cambiar la review. Update: Tengo ya 9 meses con el monitor y jamás me ha fallado y comportado de manera extraña, todo súper excelente. He notado que con el tiempo ha subido de precio y ya no está igual de barato que cuando lo compré pero aún así siento que sigue estando a muy buen precio a comparación de su competencia, recomendado.

Muy buen monitor, vale el precio que tiene por completo 🫶 el 2k si se siente muy bien
