So handy! These have been a game changer for me and my husband. It is helpful to see if you have already taken a pill and forgot if you did. I have also recommended these to my patients who have memory issues to see when they last took an as needed medication like tylenol. You naturally push the button to reset the timer when you open the cap, so it couldn't be easier to use! UPDATE-after 5 months, one of our reminders quit working, and i dont see how to replace the battery. Still a good product overall for the price, but the battery wears out.

For the overthinkers and ADHD brained (and probably old people too), look no further. Plus it comes with 2! You just stick it on top of your bottle with the little 3M sticky tab. It comes with that. Also comes with the batteries already in it. Not sure of said battery life yet. This could even work to keep track of birth control, you could stick it on the pack. It's really awesome and if I had more pills to take I'd buy one for every bottle! And like, so budget friendly compared to the smart ones. One time I knocked the bottle off my table and it landed headfirst on the timer and reset it so I had to revert to my brain to remember whether I already took it or not. But I probably couldn't do that again if I tried. Use caution if you carry your pill bottles in bags or something like that on the go cause it could get accidentally pressed and reset. TLDR: 10/10 no notes.

I would like a replacement I just received the order today set it up per the instructions but the display read 8888, when I hit the button, per the instructions only the last two numbers went to zero, I’ve watched it for three hours and only the last two digits will change please see my picture below. I would like a replacement please if your product normally works which I’m sure it does this one must be defective. Thank you sincerely Christine

The time is perfect - it’s standard. Counts up by the hour and minute so what more could you ask for? It’s a cheap product so if you don’t push firm, gentle, and consistent you could crunch it weird and the numbers will disappear like it’s broken. This caused me to buy a second pack but if you push it down and try to click it back into place it will work again 😂 They’re that easy to use, gentle but firm push of a button. Very easy to read for younger folks but I am worried those that are older may have trouble. The time keeping overall is accurate and works very well; I’ve never been this good at taking my prescriptions. These are a LIFE SAVER!

I'm showing these to my doctors and they love them, too! So so so simple and brilliant. Truly a genius device. They are most useful for the occasional pills, like when I need to take ibuprofen. The timer on top keeps me on time without taking too much. The only feature I wish it had is an optional upgraded smart version that tracked a history so I could see more than just the last dose taken. I wouldn't need that on all my medicines, but it would've been handy when my ADHD 17-year old son thought he'd been taking acetaminophen every 4 hours instead of rotating it with ibuprofen as follows: taking acetaminophen then 4 hours later ibuprofen then 4 hours later acetaminophen then 4 hours later ibuprofen. I could see from the timer that he'd taken acetaminophen 3 hours prior, but not how much he'd taken in the last 48 hours. He's fine. ER and bloodwork proved that. But I only need this simple timer for my own medicine. Truly a game changer when your kids are old enough to take their own medicine but still need some oversight. Also takes having to remember exactly when you took your own medicine off your working memory!

this is literally everything I needed and more, AuDHD executive dysfunction SUCKS and sometimes I can't even remember if I took my meds two seconds ago so this is everything I needed, it also gives me a better sense of how long my medication lasts bc I have a fast metabolism. My pill bottle is also pretty tiny but it still fits on top. Really handy that the batteries are swappable! I just wish they lasted longer. I used this for only 2 weeks before the battery died. so BUYER BE INFORMED! PURCHASE SOME BATTERIES! There's basically no indicator to let you know if they're about to die so you don't want them to randomly fail while studying for a final exam like they did to me :) Worst case scenario you harvest the battery from the second cap that comes in the package like I did.

One of the timers stopped functioning altogether about six months after purchase. Both of them come loose and the device separates into two pieces when I open the bottle. This has been happening from day one. I just push them back together and move on, however I would prefer if it didn't fall apart during normal use. It's impossible to change the battery without damaging the device so you are just stuck purchasing new when the time comes. I would absolutely try a different brand of better quality if it became available. Unfortunately this is the only product like this available on Amazon and any other place at this time. Three stars because I have gotten use out of it despite the poor quality.

These are perfect for forgetful people and keeping track of when you last took your meds. I used mine every day. 😁 It's easy to use; you just press down on the top with your palm and it restarts the counter. And it fits and virtually any cap as long as it is flat on top; it has a sticky adhesive that adheres it to the cap for the length of time you will be taking that medication. If you get a new medication and you need to use the timer on that med you could even exchange the cap with the timer onto a pill bottle of the same type, as long as the caps are interchangeable. I would say that makes it very versatile.

My wife is horrible at remembering to take her pills on time. These have literally saved her life and while they are pretty expensive for what they are, a small price to pay to have your loved ones take their pills on time.

It works. If you forget whether or not you took your pill today, just look at the timer, which tells you how many hours since you last opened the bottle. If it says more than 24 hours, you didn't take it today! The timer resets when you seal the bottle as you press down on the cap. The glue sticks the timer permanently to the cap, really well. When you buy a new bottle of pills, put the old cap onto the new bottle or decant the pills into the old bottle. Only con is that you have to buy a new timer eventually when the battery runs out, whenever that will be. This product is invaluable to me, I'm forgetful.

I have ADHD and I need to take medication daily. I don’t know why it took me this long to learn about these but they are definitely a game changer! You might need to change the sticker at the bottom or add double sided tape. Otherwise, I love the product! These should be sold in every pharmacies.

You get to so they're not expensive for what they are, but I feel like most people don't need to they work really well, I use them to make sure I Ve taken my morning med and I don't overdo it, you just press down, I've stuck them onto a metal pill container, I bought off Amazon as mine don't come in the traditional American pill bottles. It did take a while to get here as it had to be dispatched. And for some reason, had to go through customs, so Im getting it come from America, so be warned if you need it quickly.

One was defective on arrival. I got zero response from seller so I contacted Amazon and they contacted seller. Seller sent a message that they sent me paid return label but I couldn't find it anywhere and once again seller would not respond to me. Contacted Amazon again and they ended up giving me a refund. Total pain in the ass, would not buy from seller again
