Well-balanced shoes for running or training purposes. Stable shoe in all side impacts. Excellent sole quality and grip. If you are of normal weight, then the sole height & cushion is okay. Heel-side impacts can be felt on the high jump especially if you are overweight, if this is the case, prefer the Nike Downshifter 13. I returned this & went for the Nike Downshifter 13 because of the more cushioning size of the sole. Else its a perfect shoe.
