Fantastic item for post partum swelling. Don't stay cold huge amount of time but size fits well onto underwear and just kept alternating. I ordered 2 packs to have one on the go all the time, the sleeves they come in rinse well and dry rapidly as cant be machine washing for every use, rinse with soap and water and hang to dry. Will have other uses in future also.

I used these ice packs postpartum and found they provided really good cooling relief and helped ease discomfort. The only downside is that they’re quite long, which made them a little uncomfortable to wear when walking around. However, they’re great for when you’re lying down or resting and need some soothing relief. They’re also surprisingly soft and flexible rather than hard or bulky, which makes them much more comfortable to use. Overall, I’d recommend them for postpartum recovery, especially when you’re resting.

I’m healing from a labial repair. I keep my cold packs in the freezer. They stay pretty frozen for at least 15-20 minutes which is the recommended ice time for a wound. I cannot see how people say they’re warm after 2 minutes? If you are freezing the packs for a few hours they’ll be fine. The blue covers are a weird texture but they do the job. I haven’t tried the packs hot yet so I can’t comment on that. Overall after 4 days use I’m happy with them so far.

Kept in freezer even overnight and was cold not frozen. Gave relief for a few minutes before coldness was away. Wouldn’t really recommend

These were a godsend, and not because you can stuff them down your pants after your baby tore their way into the big wide world, but they were amazing for other things like pain, mastitis, stopping breast feeding etc. Stuff em down your pants, stuff em down your bra, winner all round really!

They’re alright. They were cheap so can’t grumble but I’d just stick to ice cubes & a tea towel. Works better
