This item is what it claims to be, and it looks like the photo. It was shipped by Prime, so no seller issues and it was packaged professionally as I would expect from Amazon. There are several different options that I like. I can use it as a lamp, a diffuser, or both. It’s quiet enough to not be a bother to the stereo or conversation in the room, but I’m sitting here at 2:30 AM with all else quiet, and the diffuser is on and I can hear it, but I imagine one of those waterfall devices so the sound is actually not annoying. I bought two of these without regard to quality, fully assuming it was as described. I’m glad I got both at the same time because I’m very happy to have them, one is a gift, and I didn’t have to wait for second one to arrive. I definitely recommend it if you’re looking for a cool night lite, or if you want a diffuser. Because you can use either or, or both and to me it’s a bonus. I was actually looking for just a diffuser, but honestly I don’t like how most of them look. They’re usually pretty ugly. But, I’ve been on the Internet long enough to have left quite the indelible electronic trail, so when I shop, they really do see me coming and this item was no exception, it was in my path and I couldn’t resist. Besides, my home was recently described as being decorated like the inside of the “I Dream of Jeannie” bottle, so this diffuser lamp fits right in. I suspect it would go with any decor. The lamp itself isn’t too bright either... The light that emits isn’t overpowering in any way, so I would call it a true night lite. In any case, I recommend it and perhaps the best feature of all, I nearly forgot to mention, is that it powers down by itself so I don’t need to worry about forgetting about it. Guess I need to read the manual now 😉. Have fun!

I love that I can set this diffuser on "continuous" mode, and it will still run all night long while I sleep (which is a great time for diffusing eucalyptus and lavender - eucalyptus for my nighttime stuffy nose, and lavender, of course, for relaxation and sleep), and usually is still going when I wake up. My other recent favorite blends for diffusing are frankincense and myrrh (myrrh has such a fresh, clean scent - not exactly a "pretty" scent, especially in the bottle, but when diffused, it's a really fresh, clean scent), rose geranium and coriander - the rose geranium for the lovely rose-floral scent, and the coriander adds a bright, fresh, green note. Another recent favorite - coriander, rosemary, and lemon - bright and energizing :) And, of course, this diffuser is so pretty - love it! Another reviewer was right, though - don't overfill it. The first day or second day I had it, I accidentally overfilled it and decided not to worry about it. Overnight, it stopped running, and the next morning, I discovered it was still nearly full of very warm water. I emptied it and dried it out, but for the entire next day, it would run for 10-20 minutes and then shut off. I would let it cool off and then restart it (dried the glass globe out, cleaned the tank base with a q-tip to get excess oil out), and by the next day, it was running fine again. So pay attention to the fill line and don't go over it. Other than that (and that was my fault), have had no problems with it, and I run it pretty much constantly on continuous mode.

I bought this to give my room some moisture, since we have dry, central heating. I frequently suffer with a dry throat and nose and itchy skin. Even my pup gets itchy. I didn't want something too big, and I hate noisy humidifiers that take up a ton of room and make it hard to sleep. This beauty is decorative, it's the perfect size for my headboard, it's quiet, and the tank holds enough water to get me through a night without having to wake up and refill it. I especially like that it has a power adapter instead of a permanently attached cord. It makes cleaning it a lot less scary! It does drip a bit when you take off the glass cover and the lid to the water tank. So if you don't want to clean up a little puddle, I'd suggest filling it on a towel. It's just a minor annoyance, really, not enough to take away a star. I love that it shuts off when the tank is empty. No more worrying about a humidifier that runs out of water and creates a dangerous situation by remaining on. The little rubber feat on the bottom keep it from sliding around on my wooden hedboard, and lift it up a bit because it does need air flow underneath. So I would suggest keeping it on a flat surface that helps with air flow. I mostly use it for its humidifying power... and it seriously has made a difference in how i feel! But if I want to enjoy a relaxing scent, a drop or two of chamomile and peppermint oils is my recipe for relaxation. My family loves the outer space vibe the lights give off, too. I'm extremely happy with this purchase!

This diffuser is very pretty. It’s surprising how pretty, in fact. I purchased the sphere and I will look to see if this company makes a larger reservoir version for later purchase as this one is smaller than I was hoping. Still, it works very well in terms of the amount of mist that is diffused and the ease of cleaning. The only thing I don’t love about it is that the operating buttons take some getting used to as they work differently from all the other diffusers I have. That’s because each button performs different functions. That said, keep the directions close and all will be well. The best part about this purchase? The company response! I even got a note from one of the owners thanking me for the purchase and offer for any assistance. If you’re tired of purchasing products that have zero customer service because the company is located in another country, this company will make you very happy. Good job!

Amazing diffuser!! Love it! Looks awesome, lights up like a firework. Love the changing colours as they create a nice ambiance in a room. You can also choose to use you preferred colour and it stays without changing. Easy to use and you can choose different diffusing modes and intensity. A little bigger than I thought and that’s a good thing! Note that when it is turned off it displays like a mirror sphere, that doesn’t bother me and I kind of like it but was not expecting that. Maybe some people wouldn’t like the mirror look when turned off so keep that in mind. My last diffuser was shooting water all over the place but this one has a built in deflector that keeps water from coming out of the diffuser hole. I really like it and definitely would recommend!

Just recieved this yesterday and all i can say is i love it!!! ♥️ Never had any problem with the remote as some comments suggested the product was well packaged and looks awesome !! 😊 I am completly satisfied cool product will enjoy it thank you ✌️🇨🇦

Beautiful lights

and it gives a nice uplifting scent to the room it is used in. I like the light show it gives too. So far I have no regrets buying it.

Didn’t get my first order wasn’t happy with that but I Called customer service back again yesterday they were very helpful and they got my replacement order out fast to me got it today Thank you to the customer service the only thing with the Diffuser is the remote isn’t working it could be the battery not sure but I’m going to buy a new one when I go to work today and try it I have to turn it on from the Diffuser but the colours do light up beautiful Thank you again
