Awakening Past Lives

If you are a explorer and want to know more about your past lives on earth get this book. There are many reliable and well respected therapist like: Dr. Brian Weiss MD ( a psychiatrist who does past life books also ) and Bowman a licensed psychologist out of the State of Delaware who does seminars and individual past life regression sessions with people who has written a lot about her research on past life children. What I like about this book is: it is mapped out well so a layman can get a blank book with it for journaling follow some simple instructions and be unearthing their OWN past lives from day one and get consistent reliable results. The psychologist who wrote the book is a GIANT among explorers of past life self explorations and I suspect I will be working through his processes for many years to come...

Having participated in many of Dr. Amoroso's workshops in the past, I knew the written exercises and integrated imageries were effective tools for self-discovery and growth but I wasn't sure how well they'd work when done alone. I followed the process he describes in the book and got valuable incites and confirmation of my life path. If one is committed to being honest during the self-reflection process and to spending the time, Dr. Amoroso's book and CD can definitely guide one to improved self-esteem and improved relationships. As Dr. Amoroso explains, belief in reincarnation is not required to get effective results.

Great book and CD for anyone who is looking to do self exploration for growth and healing. Integrated Imagery has made profound changes in positive ways in my life and others who have used this type of work. CD is a great way to teach your mind how to relax and open to it's hidden awareness's as you work through the book. Dr. Amoroso has a wonderful an soothing voice to listen to as well on the CD as he guides you through the exercises in the book. Great way to begin your journey to self discovery.

Just couldn't get into this though possibly helpful for someone else. The book/guide is interesting, and Mr. Amoroso's voice is deep and he doesn't rush through his instructions. I passed it on, maybe it will work for another.

Excellent book! Loved the free cd to help with meditation and past life regression. Recommend for all ages. Especially your teenager who is going through tough times or anyone for that matter. Thanks John. Great job!
