Can this be used on cuticles when wearing gel polish

I recommend that this super food can be worn over any nail polish it is excellent

What am i doing wrong? i can’t seem to get any oil into the dropper to dispense on my nails! how do i fill the dropper up? thanks.

The top of the bottle needs to be pushed down several times, this allows the air in the dropper to be pushed out and the oil will take its place, The Raised bit on the top of the lid if pushed enables the process to be carried out

does this help for nail ridges?

Nail ridges point to a vitamin/mineral deficiency so I would look into that. This will nourish your nails but won’t make a difference to ridges

The product says to apply twice a week. Is there a reason why it should only be twice a week? Could I use it daily?

I sometimes use it daily when nails are not in good shape but then revert back to a few times a week, I think its personal preference.
