Good quality and easy to use for beginners
I found it a quite good quality. It has a real medium strength for beginners. It is good additional stuff for morning exercises. I use it to create shape for my arms and chest. After a week the quality is the same. But if you have the strong arms you need to buy another one; for instance, black or purple. Mine is green colour. It doesn't have specific strong odor that can cause of allergy. So, if you are beginner like me than you will enjoy this band. Ah, yes. I can take it with me in the office or for holidays it weights for nothing but provides good charge of enrgy. So,Im enjoy.

Great Resistance Band, Worth Every Penny
I’m very happy with the Coresteady Resistance Band. It feels strong and well-made, not cheap or flimsy. The resistance is steady and smooth during exercises.I ordered this item as I have had consistent problems with my shoulder. I’ve taken this to work so I can use it at my desk. It’s light, easy to carry and can be used anywhere.Overall it’s great value for money and I would highly recommend this resistance band to anyone

Loved these when I got them (doing some shoulder physio to support my callisthenics). Two months in, three of the five have broken. The weakest two haven’t broken - but I haven’t used them. So I guess I would have to say, buy cheap, buy twice. Thought I’d get away with it for light physio work!
