Deifnitely recommended unless you have difficulty swallowing pills
Good product recommended or approved by several of my healthcare practitioners. My fingernails have gotten stronger! Caplet is not easy to swallow but doable.

I need the pills because I have osteoporosis But I was suprise at the cost Although this was the lowest price I could find. Delivery was fast and appreciated

Enormous pills hard to swallow
These pills are hard to swallow, even after using a pill splitter. They are so wide that they get stuck in my throat. Bizarre.
