This pregnancy ball has been such a great buy! It’s super sturdy and has just the right amount of bounce. I originally got it for pregnancy stretches and postpartum recovery, but it’s turned into a daily must-have. I use it to gently rock and bounce my baby to sleep — it works like magic and saves my back and arms! It also doubles as a comfy seat when nursing, and my baby actually loves to play with it too. The texture and size make it fun and safe for supervised playtime. The material feels high quality, and the pump that comes with it is easy to use. Good value for the money. Purchased to work out at home based on a stretch class I take for exercise. Was easy to inflate. I followed the instructions and didn’t inflate all the way the first 24 hours and it works perfectly. Very good quality and was perfectly round once fully inflated. Has kept air for weeks without having to re-inflate.

I bought this to help ease the pregnancy pain and work on my hips before baby’s arrival and it was perfect. It’s got a thick material, so no worries about it popping easy. It’s easy to pump up and add air if needed. I haven’t had any issues or leakage yet, even with my kids bouncing around on it after I’m done using it.

The ball is okay. It looks like it is used - fully inflated but a lot of wrinkles and kinks in the ball still.

I'm lucky I had an electric pump to pump it up because I would have still been pumping it up. The ball is absolutely fabulous it's big I can lay all the way back without hurting myself on it I did have to learn to keep my feet balanced. Anyway at 61 I'm able to do sit-ups. The the value and exercise purpose great durability and the texture does not slip. Easy to use while exercising

I got this core balance exercise ball to help increase my core strength after spinal fusion surgery. I was nervous at first that it came squished and had to be inflated. I was also nervous about the hand pump that I would have to use to actually inflate it. BUT - that said, It came with a tape measure type strip to put around the ball as you inflate it so that you actually know when you are at the correct amount of pressure and have reached the correct diameter. It is of a thicker reinforced rubber to guard against accidental blow outs. The hand pump was actually easy to use, and in a very short amount of time I had the ball fully inflated. There was no initial odor from the rubber, so that is a big plus too. I have used this several times when I find my back starting to ache from either doing too much, or sitting too long, etc., and it has always allowed the gentle movement needed to make everything feel better.
