Love having so many recipes. Easy to follow. My family loves it.

This book is frustrating to use because it has no page numbers. Also, I find the fact that they include specific temps in degrees without a low/med/high steam level setting both odd and considerate at the same time. It allows you to easily convert this to a stove top recipe instead of steamer. (I'm trying to be positive lol) I've not read them all yet, but the random ones I've selected to test appear to be good places to inspire some creativity. For example I now plan to start using my steamer for making things like fish and liver spreads. If you do buy this cookbook I would advise you get a wireless thermometer and a few metal chop sticks to make testing doneness a little easier.

Book is virtually unusable. Recipes are in degrees. Most steamers are by time. Also, although book has a Table of Contents, pages aren't numbered so finding a recipe requires perusing several in book to find the one you're looking for. DON'T RECOMMEND.

I’m not sure why about this book because it’s kind of hard to read and there aren’t a lot of good recipes. I think there’s only one that I could use and I don’t. I don’t think I’d buy it again if I thought about it.

Horrow when I opened this book and found absolutely NO page numbers at all, either in Table of Contents or on each page. I had to thumb through entire book to hunt down recipes. Horror to find out book title is misleading, because most of the recipes call for baking at certain temperatures, with only a few recipes calling for steam baking/cooking. A steamer has only one temperature: the boiling point of 212 degrees Fahrenheit. So steam cooking recipes only recommend cooking time. No photos at all.

This is the worst "book" that I have ever seen. No wonder there's no publisher listed. If I had put it together, I wouldn't even want my name to show as writer. Whoever accepted this work to be sold? The only good page (by the way, no page numbers) is the front cover. Perhaps that will sell a lot of copies, as it sold one to me.

Do NOT WASTE your money. VERY disappointing! Measures mostly metric (grams / milliliters/ centigrade); some weird ones - "cube of yeast" / "pack of preserving sugar" / "universal flour". Obvious rush "print on demand" w/o any quality control. Recipes look good but trying to find them is a quest, and then trying to change measurements to US measurements. Will NOT buy anything else from this author.

Don't buy this if you like sentences to make sense. Obviously written by someone with little knowledge of the English language/grammar. Complete waste of money. There aren't even any page numbers so you can't locate a recipe without spending ages hunting through the book for it. Going straight in the bin. Amazon you should stop selling this.

Really disappointed with this book if you can call this a cook book. Just ingredients and no pictures. Really not helpful at all. Don’t buy, it’s not worth it. Sorry if that hurts you.
