Low quality material.
The replacement headgear material for CPAP machine is not of the same quality as the original Fisher and Paykel headgear. It is usable but may not last as long as the orginal headgear. The seller hasn't sent the plastic hooks/clips for the lower arms/straps of the headgear.

I used to get these from a company through my insurance that had such terrible billing they were charging for things not sent and sending when things were not requested and charging me, also sending the wrong stuff.
