Press the timer button once for one hour, twice for two hours so on, every time you press it it adds an hour.

Are these bulbs compatible with alexa echo spot?

If you get a RM pro from broadlink you can get it to control these lights how to do it is found on YouTube

Can you calibrate the lights to one controller?

They all work on one controller. You have to point the remote control at the light bulb. One controller will control all of them.
