Prime-Line 10 x 34" Stainless Steel Kick Plate, Satin (Single Pack)

Seller must've heeded the reviews of folks who said this doorkick arrived bent or dented. Mine was super well-packaged with a large "Fragile" sticker on it and was delivered in perfect, clean, flat condition. I also appreciated the clear removeable film on one side to protect the surface. It looks terrific on my 1941 front door (see before & after pics). Previous owners of this home had obviously repainted the door on a hot day and the paint bubbled badly when exposed to afternoon sun. This kickplate was a much faster and easier solution than having to strip and repaint the whole door. The metal is sturdy (not the flimsy sort that will roll up) and holes were pre-drilled, plus screws came with it, so Installation was a piece of cake. A bit more than I planned to spend for a doorkick, but you get what you pay for.

This kick plate is easy to mount on the door. The stainless finish is a good match for both my grey and wood doors. I love the added protection it provides and ease of cleaning with a simple cleaner.

Worked like a champ, installation took only 5 minutes. Thus added a nice aesthetic as well as keeping the door from getting scratched up and kick scuffed. Affordable too, and the 34 inch fit perfectly on a 36 inch door.

I like the look of them. They are as described but be sure and measure the doors because it was a perfect fit for one of my doors but not for the other so having to do small alterations to make it fit one door. Also, they came with the corners bent It was easy enough to unbend but had to do a little work on it to straighten the corners out I think this can be resolved by them putting something on the corners of it when shipped like some type of cushioning because I noticed on a couple of other reviews where different ones said they had the same problem. But overall for the price I think I got what I paid for and I like it

For the price point of this door kick it is well worth it. Very nice polish and gage of metal. Easy installation and great looks of a classic door kick that keeps all the dog nail scratches off the door.

Our garage had an odd sized walk-in door that was originally an interior solid core door cut to fit. The veneer was peeling near the bottom. To replace it I would have had to get an expensive custom made door. I cut off the loose veneer with an exacto knife, puttied the edge, painted the door and attached this guard. The guard was easy to cut to size. I had to drill a couple of holes for screws since I had cut off a couple. The door now looks great! I expect to get several years more use out of it before it needs replacing.

Had to cover scratches on the bottom of me front door, on the inside. The previous tenent had a scooter and damaged it a lot. This covered it up beautifully

I have a oddly-sized patio storage closet door that faces West and gets all the weather. Because it would be a custom made door for a seldom used door, I have chosen to buy used doors that are hollow but exterior doors, and a friend cuts it down to fit. This has required various additions over the past years, to extend the door's life. This kick plate is not only protecting the door (along with a U-shaped door bottom protector), it actually dresses up the door! I was very pleased when I found one in the Amazon Warehouse, and and even more pleased at how it looks! Highly recommended.
