Chemical smell that doesn’t go away.
Even after washing the cover (and it ripping part of the foam getting it off), the foam had a chemical smell to it that still penetrates though and made all my bedding smell awful. I couldn’t even sleep on it because it was causing me a headache. A waste of $100+. Nothing I do is getting the smell out, even airing it for a few days didn’t help.

Very affordable and very effective
It’s extremely supportive and yet so soft and comfortable at the same time. It has made a wonderful difference for my mother when she’s trying to sit up in bed.
