Great flavour!
I just started baking bread again after many years, and started out with flour from the grocery store; it was a major fail. Did a little research and this brand came up, made a loaf and it was perfect! Great nutty flavour, good rise and size. Highly recommended - I just ordered a selection of different flours from them - bread to pastry

Really good multigrain bread flour
This is a really good multigrain bread flour. I use a breadmaker and have switched to using this flour after enjoying fabulous breakfasts on a recent stay at a b&b in Orkney. I mostly make a seeded granary loaf and an olive variant. Results are consistent and tasty. I've also tried it 60/40 with spelt flour and that adds a slightly deeper note to the taste. Postage makes it expensive if you buy a single 1.5kg bag so best to order two or three bags at a time if you can.
