I needed one of these because somehow I managed to lose my Arlo doorbell opening tool. This tool is not quite the same (the Arlo tool is actually smaller and has a slight ergonomic bend to it), but it fits into the opening and pops the doorbell cover off all the same. It is a very lightweight item, however, so I do not recommend ordering it by itself. Get it with some other Amazon items so that it comes in a package with them. The first package I ordered was blown away by a strong wind, since this was all that was in it, and I had to get a reorder.

I lost the key that came with my Ring doorbell and ordered this - it works perfectly. Not a whole lot else to say but I'm glad the key released it.

I tried using makeshift tools before, but this set fits perfectly and does the job in seconds. Having two in the pack is great in case one gets misplaced, and the quality feels solid for such a small item. Overall: Simple but super handy tool set. Works perfectly and saves a ton of frustration when servicing your video doorbell!

They work well for their intended uses. However, they are so small that you'll constantly be losing them and having to order more! Suggest you put them on a string or something so you can find them!
