1U Hinged D-Series 12 Connectors Punch-Out Component Panel for 19 inches Sound, AV, Computer -Equipment Racks- Patch Panel Compatible with XLR, HDMI (1U12D)

This panel helps tidy up some input/output connections on my rack. Seems to be sturdy enough without being overly heavy. Might pick up another one as I used up all the holes and still Might need a couple more jacks to mount.

Good build quality, easy to install and fit. Love the hinged design, makes it much easier to add new connections.

Works like a champ.

I used this for pass-through connectors to be used with a portable 8 RU video production rack I built. This allowed me to expand connections as I upgraded the rack equipment over time. The punch outs were easy to remove and the D-type connectors I used attached securely to the panel. I like this for the flexibility, especially if you don’t need all the available ports. Turns out, I eventually did.

Overall, it works as expected. However, I really wish they'd give other color options because the jacks I'm installing on the punch-out panel are also black, so it makes it hard to see the black DIN sockets mounted to this panel.

This 1u cable manager is super convenient for small, 9u cabinet.
