Works great and anyone who sees me using it wants it.

Great to have anywhere
Excellent multi purpose tool. I give these as stocking stuffers and have 3 myself.

Other one worked great 10+ yrs - this cheaply made and didn't last a day....
Symmary: 8in1 screwdriver tips made of metal that was so cheap it bent/shredded/deformed during its FIRST use + gave me a metal splinter in my thumb when I was examining it.... total waste and dangerousStorytime: So let me explain. I had gotten an 8 in 1 screwdriver back around 2000 as a stocking stuffer from Mom & Dad. I LOVED my screwdriver and it worked great! This thing was a WORKHORSE and just stayed in my junk drawer until needed next time. Slowly parts began falling off or failing as it got older: cap for flashlight popped off then flashlight guts went bye bye. The large flat head disappeared and by the end the others would only stay straight if I held them straight. Last weekend I came to the sad realization it was time for my beloved set to retire.I looked at the various 8 in 1 screwdrivers. I REALLY wanted an EXACT replacement. Granted all now had LED lights, but this one LOOKED exactly like my old one. Matching shade of yellow? check. Matching verbage and text on side? check. Everything looked good and reviews were pretty positive. Only $10? Sold!So I get it and open up the package with Christmas morning anticipation. It looks EXACTLY like old one, same weight/feel. Identical twin and light works great - all is good to go!........or so I thought..... Fast forward a few days (foreshadow: our trash day was 2 days ago - which will be important later on).A door was loose and coming off the hinges. No big deal! I got my trusty screwdriver! I'm on it! Replaced the screws with some slightly longer ones - and notice that a few seem to be somehow stripped by time done screwing in PLUS having a VERY hard time just screwing them in... I'm thinking "wow I bought some bad quality screws - what the heck?!?!?" and when I'm in the process of changing the size of Philips head I'm using I notice it.... the previous size I was using was "torn" and "shredded" at the end. It was so bad I actually got a metal splinter in my thumb when I was examining it (now THAT was a fun 15 min digging that bad boy out - not!). Apparently my stripped screws were actually ok - a regular solid old fashioned screw driver fixed everything perfectly, what I was seeing seems to have been the "metal shavings" from screw driver coming off in the head of the screw and filling it in....So for $10 I'm simply going to throw it. Because I had believed it was a twin to my original baby not only did I get rid of my original but I threw away the box the new one had come in. Because why would I keep a box on something I believed would last me for my next 20+ years. So now that box and my beloved old 8in1 had already gone to the great trash dump in the sky. Otherwise I'd be elbow deep in trash pulling it back out and sending the new hunk of junk back.Morale of the story - Buy this at your own risk or if you don't care about money. Also, it will save you time if you keep some Band-Aids, rubbing alcohol, a strong mini flashlight and sewing needle on standby - you're going to need them....

No batteries included
I’m replacing a prior 8 in One that I had for several years. It’s quite handy but false description saying batteries are included.

Cool but not good quality
This thing broke within a couple weeks of daily use. I know it’s more for home use so I didn’t give it the full on 1 star but the plastic is also very weak and the compartment which holds the batteries in broke apart as well
User
Handy tool.
handy tool but the button for the flashlight keeps jumping out. Not a high-quality product.
User
Useful Purchase
It's really very useful to keep at home.
User
Not very useful
This product collapses when you are using the individual heads. One plus however is the flashlight built in.
