This projector screen was perfect for my in home theater. I strongly recommend. It was relatively easy to install. Overall , it was designed as a very sturdy projector screen.

**update** SMELL WENT AWAY COMPLETELY Great screen. Easy to install and retracts well. As other mentioned, it is a little smelly. Smells like gas/paint. That's when you first open the box. Over time it does fade and im hoping it goes away completely.

I’m reviewing almost 2 years later — We thought this and an inflatable screen at the same time, and our kids prefer to use the inflatable out in the yard, so this one never got used. I just pulled it down and it was super dirty — It’s under a covered patio and was never once used, so this is a little bit of a bummer, but I assume maybe due to moisture? Perfect for indoors, but make sure you’re periodically unrolling and letting it dry out if it’s outside so you don’t end up with permanent staining. (These photos are after scrubbing it down and trying to get them off.)

I was a little worried it would be banged up some from shipping but it seems to be well packaged and have not noticed any dings or scratches. I’d say it’s a pretty good price for what you get. You do have to pay shipping even as a Prime member but it’s still cheaper than paying for a screen with free shipping. It’s ready to hang right out of the box as soon as you remove the protective inserts and plastic wrap. I didn’t want to hang it directly to the wall so opted to buy some brackets designed to support screens to keep it a few inches out. It does say in the directions to make sure the screen is not rubbing against anything as you let it down or up as it could damage the screen. Because I opted to let it hang from an S hook that was going to happen because of the weight and balance of the frame was making it tilt. So my work around was to add some picture frame wire to both sides to make the screen not rub on the edge. Overall I’m very pleased with this screen. I had a painted screen for the longest time but we repainted the room and wanted a cleaner look and this fit the bill. I probably could have gone with the larger screen but 100” is a pretty good size. Recommended!

Image is bright and mounts on the ceiling fairly easy. Shipped without damage! I use a short throw projector and it isn't very bright, but this screen makes it much more efficient.

Not great with light in the room, but i think thats pretty normal for projector screens. Black out curtains could help for during the day. Great picture in a dark room! Looks just like a TV.

It was a quick and easy install will be using it this weekend I have it on the side of my detached garage in my backyard 100 should have gotten the 120 but it’s all good
